  • Gas boilers today are widely used for heating objects for various purposes. These can be industrial premises, offices and residential buildings. Such devices are economical when used in heating and hot water supply systems.

Among their advantages, environmental friendliness should also be highlighted, which is achieved by using components that reduce the release of harmful substances into the external environment. If you also decide to purchase one of these devices, you should consider several models. But first, it is important to decide on the manufacturer.

Thermona boilers are one of the most popular today. They are offered for sale in several varieties, among them the following should be highlighted:

    • condensation;
    • wall;
    • floor

The former provide an opportunity to save effectively. The latter have relatively little power, while the third are located on the floor and often provide heating and hot water supply. They have cast iron heat exchangers and are modern equipment used in industrial premises, private homes and social infrastructure facilities.

New models have made it possible to achieve maximum heat transfer with minimal emissions of harmful substances. This indicates the possibility of economical operation that does not harm the environment. Such devices have adjustable performance, which allows high-precision adjustment of the indoor temperature, which will depend on heat loss. The equipment is of high quality and uses components manufactured by the world's leading manufacturers.

Reviews of condensing boiler 14 KD.A

This wall mounted Thermona boiler has a heating output ranging from 2.4 to 14.6 kW. It does not provide hot water heating. The device is a modern water heating unit running on liquefied natural gas.

According to consumers, the equipment operates economically and is distinguished by the fact that it does not cause damage to the external environment. Buyers quite often choose this wall-mounted Thermona boiler for another reason that it allows you to adjust the power in the range from 16 to 100%. Adaptation to the heat loss of the object is carried out automatically.

The boiler can be used to heat hot water, but using an external tank. According to buyers, the Thermona gas boiler is excellent for those homes where energy is consumed in a small amount. You can install this equipment in combination with floor heating. The device is equipped with an energy-efficient circulation pump, which reduces energy consumption by up to 50% compared to similar pumps.

Reviews about the technical characteristics of the model

The Thermona gas boiler described above, according to consumers, is very easy to use. Natural gas consumption is low and can reach 1.46 m 3 /h. The maximum heating outlet temperature reaches 80 °C.

The expansion tank holds 6 liters. The boiler efficiency is declared by the manufacturer at 108%. The degree of protection of electrical components corresponds to IP 41 (D). The equipment weighs only 32 kg. Its height, width and depth are 725x430x300 mm.

Reviews of wall-mounted boiler 14 CLN, TCLN

This wall-mounted unit has a thermal output ranging from 5.5 to 14 kW. The device provides heating of hot water. This double-circuit equipment is used for heating and hot water supply of various objects. Consumers like that water is prepared in a thermal heat exchanger using a flow-through method.

Automation provides priority for water heating. You can smoothly adjust the power from 45 to 100%. When buyers consider the described Thermona boiler, they often pay attention to the safety group, which provides for built-in protection of the circulation pump from blocking, protection of the boiler from freezing and overheating. In the new design, the devices provide the operator with the ability to adjust the temperature taking into account external conditions.

Reviews of the floor-standing boiler brand 18 EZ/B

To get a more complete picture, it is also necessary to consider the Thermona floor-standing boiler, the model of which was mentioned above. The thermal power of this equipment is adjustable from 10 to 18 kW. The device is dual-circuit and provides the ability to heat hot water. The unit is volatile, that is, it works with a connection to the electrical network. Sometimes consumers refuse this model for the reason mentioned.

But this boiler option has many advantages. For example, the device is equipped with an electronic unit that is configured to modulate the operation of the burner. Equipment belonging to the EZ/B model range uses an automatic system that switches the three-way valve when the water temperature drops to 60 °C and directs the flow from the heating circuit to the boiler circuit. This Thermona floor-standing boiler has a cast iron heat exchanger, which has a new section design. This indicates the efficient use of gas combustion energy.

    Instructions

Before you start operating, you must read the instructions for the Thermona gas boiler. After reading it, you will be able to understand that it is extremely important to follow safety rules. They state that if there is a smell of gas while the equipment is operating, it is necessary to turn off the fuel supply valve under the boiler and ensure intensive ventilation of the room. To do this, open all doors and windows.

Electrical switches should not be manipulated when creating the situation described above. It is extremely important to extinguish any open fire before calling a service technician.

    Security measures

The instructions for the Thermona boiler also say that if there is a smell of flue gases, the boiler must be turned off and a flow of fresh air into the room must be ensured. Then you need to invite a service specialist.

When a fire occurs in an appliance, you need to turn off the gas supply valve and disconnect the equipment from the electrical network. The fire is extinguished with a carbon dioxide or powder fire extinguisher.

    Finally

Thermona boilers are offered for sale in several lines, which are represented by condensing, floor-mounted and wall-mounted options. If you do not need hot water in your home, then you should not overpay by purchasing dual-circuit equipment. In this case, a single-circuit Thermona boiler is usually suitable. It will have smooth power control, which will save fuel.

But if you need to equip a powerful heating system and provide your household with hot water, then you will not be able to do without a powerful floor-standing model of a gas boiler. True, you should be prepared to spend more than when buying a single-circuit model, which will take up much less space.

    Thermon boilers - Troubleshooting

I have a Thermona therm 14 TCL double-circuit boiler. Lately he has started supplying too cold water to the hot water supply (heating is not going well). Using the knob on the front panel, I regulate the water supply to the hot water supply to maximum, but one or two LEDs light up, very rarely three. I tried reducing the water pressure, but it didn't help. This problem happens periodically (not always). If you switch the hot water tap several times in the on/off positions, the device starts to work as expected. I would like to note right away that the degree of contamination of the heat exchanger is not high, since last summer I removed and checked it. It was perfectly clean, and this was after 7 years of work. What should you pay attention to first to solve this problem?

According to the passport data, this boiler is capable of heating water at 25C with a flow rate of 7-7.5 liters. If the tap water coming to you is about 5-10 degrees, then the maximum possible heating will be no more than 30C (only one electrode will burn on the panel). By adjusting the flow rate, you can increase the temperature of the supplied water to 40C, and sometimes up to 50C. But it is important to consider that if you reduce the flow rate to 3 liters per minute or less, the flow sensor in the DHW circuit may not work and the burner will automatically turn off.

After installing the Thermon gas wall-mounted boiler, the hot water supply stopped working. We implement it quite simply: water is supplied to the tap through a single heat exchanger. The heating circuit operates, turns on and heats up three times. If you open the DHW tap, error F1 appears on the display. That is, in his opinion, there is a flow, but there is no ignition. Despite the fact that with heating everything is fine. I will also note that if the tap is opened, then when it is heating, it turns off. This means that there is still a flow, otherwise the unit would not react like that. For me, this situation is not clear: there is ignition, there is also flow, but the device does not work correctly. Tried unplugging
I did a reboot, even turned the plug over. Did not help. Although the device is supplied with good power, since it is connected through a stabilizer.

In my opinion, this malfunction can occur in two cases: In the heat exchanger operating on the DHW circuit, some deposits have appeared that interfere with the normal flow in the system. The temperature sensor installed on the DHW circuit does not work correctly, namely, it greatly overestimates its value. Although, it is possible that there are two problems at the same time.

We installed and put into operation a therm duo 50 gas boiler. The following problem arose. When starting up, a spark appears during ignition, which is supplied to the burner and quickly goes out. The display shows error E01. What to do?

Error E01 most likely means the ignition electrode is dirty. You should clean it carefully with a cloth. The gas pressure may also be weak, and because of this the flame is very low (the device does not see that it is there). The flame sensor insulator may be broken or the control board may have failed. You also need to make sure that there is no ground connection anywhere.

We have a single-circuit gas boiler Thermon 14, operating in summer mode. To turn on the boiler, it repeatedly tries to start with a high temperature in the boiler. How to deal with this?

The three-way valve may be stuck. To fix the problem, you need to force it to open and close several times. The boiler temperature sensor may be damaged. If it is operating correctly, the three-way valve will not open until the temperature in the device exceeds the temperature in the boiler. The control board may also malfunction, since all algorithms for the operation of the 3-way valve are written in it.

For some reason, the Thermona therm 35 gas boiler installed on the floor constantly goes out for no reason. The error can only be eliminated if a fan is directed at it. What is this connected with?

Most likely, in the room where it is installed there is not enough air for the flame to burn. Or the ionization sensor itself is clogged. I have listed the two most common reasons, but there may be something else at play here.

Thermon 45 is in operation. Yesterday the following problem occurred: the device stopped by mistake “heating water sensor failure.” Do I now need to drain all the water from the system for repairs, and how can I repair the sensor itself?

Most likely, it was caused by error E04 (damage to the heating temperature sensor). The presence of water in the heating system does not interfere with its replacement. You just need to close the shut-off valves. But the following malfunctions are also possible: a short circuit in the circuit, a dirty dirt filter, a breakdown or incorrect operation of the pump. Because of this, the device overheated from the hot water circulating in the system.

If the Thermona 28 gas boiler breaks down, error E06 appears on the display. The instructions say that the problem is with the thermostat. Where is it located to replace the sensor?

Error E06 means that an emergency shutdown occurred due to overheating (emergency thermostat). Poor circulation in the heating system is also possible. If something happened to the hydraulics of the unit itself, it will also show this particular error. Check the filter, correct operation of the pump and sensor.

Thermona TCL-28, during operation, often began to show error E2. In addition, his pump burned out. Now it is necessary to flush the heating system, adjust and configure the entire device. Why did this happen, and what is the best way to perform the above procedures?

Error E2 is often indicated by low water pressure in the OS. There may be several reasons for this: a broken expansion tank or some kind of water leak in the system.

A 20 kW gas boiler is installed. When the hot water supply is turned on, it displays error E01. Then the scoreboard goes out and there are no signs of life. What could have broken?

It is possible that the ionization sensor touches the housing, thereby shorting the system. Another option: low current on the gas valve control coil. The tipping sensor may also be broken. And, as the most likely option, the control board of the device itself does not work.

We installed a Thermon gas wall-mounted boiler. When starting, it appears that work has begun, but the heating water supply pump does not start. After a while he stops. What could be wrong with him?

If we take the principle of operation of wall-mounted boilers, then they should be established that if the circulation pump is not working, they do not even start. You need to somehow start the pump, then the unit will not stop in case of an emergency. On the back surface of the pump you need to open the plug with a screwdriver and slightly turn the armature. In this case, the device must be turned off. Perhaps the anchor is simply stuck to the surface and needs a little help.

We have a Thermon Duo 50 boiler installed. Error E01 occurs periodically, which entails turning off the device. You can only start it by force, or by turning on the restoration of the ignition system. After that, it works in standard mode (from 30 minutes a day, approximately). I checked the injectors and ignition electrodes. They are not contaminated. I called the service technicians, and they expressed their version - the processor was faulty. Representatives of the gas service have their own version. They are sure that the reason lies in an airlock (my site is located at the very end of the gas pipeline, then there is a dead end). My neighbors don't have these problems. Tell me, what's really going on with my device?

Your mistake is the most common with gas boilers. And there are a huge number of reasons for its appearance. These could be “dips” in the power supply voltage, problems with gas, breakdowns of the ignition and flame control electrodes, problems with the control board, oxidized contacts and much more.

I installed a Therm 50 boiler. Until recently, there were no complaints about its performance. However, recently it had to be turned off for 4 days. And now I can't get it to work. A spark fires for 20-30 seconds, and then the emergency light flashes and it never lights up. The error resets, but it doesn't go beyond a spark. The device is connected to the machine. Everything looks fine, there is gas. What could it be?

According to the PUE standards, a plug must be mounted so that visible disconnection of contacts can be made. You have installed a unit that depends on the phase. Try swapping phase and zero.

Three therm boilers have been in operation for a long time and are operating successfully - two 28 TLX in cascade and one 32 TCLN. Their first pair in 5 years of work did not create a single problem. Maintenance (disassembly and cleaning, as well as adjustment) is carried out by me approximately once a year. More often there is no need. But I can’t cope with 32 TCLN. I can't even turn off the equithermal mode. It was possible to put it back into operation after disconnecting the sensor. I simply don’t pay attention to the error that occurs. How can I access the service menu of this device?

To enter the service menu, you need to set all knobs to 7 o’clock, and then turn off the power to the unit itself. When turned on again, it will automatically start the self-diagnosis mode, and then display “CC” on the display for a couple of seconds. If this happens, then everything worked out and the weather-compensated mode is disabled. After this, by turning the knobs you can adjust it as required. Next, unplug it from the outlet.
Disconnect the sensor from the automation board by disconnecting the valve. You set the knobs on the control panel and return the power supply. Within 30 seconds the automation will perform a self-diagnosis.

The pressure gauge on the front panel of Thermon 14 began to show very large numbers. However, his work has not changed - everything is as usual. What could be causing this and is it necessary to make repairs?

This pressure gauge has nothing to do with the operation of the device. It only records the water pressure in it. The readings from this thermometer can be compared with any other pressure gauge in the system (if available).

When I start the Thermona 45 gas boiler, the following happens: the piez starts to work, but when I switch to the start mode, it goes out. What could it be?

Most likely, the flame generator has failed. This is the most common reason. But it is also worth checking the draft in the chimney, as well as the ignition nozzles for cleanliness.

I want to install control of a three-way valve for domestic hot water on the Therm 28 LX boiler using its board. Tell me if this connection and operation will be the same as in the description for LXZ. Or will the coolant stop when switching?

    The algorithm is the same.

I use a 28 LXZ turbocharged gas boiler. Lately, two errors have been appearing: E01 - constantly, E08 - much less often. When I clear the errors, its operation is restored for a while. The device itself has been serviced quite often. Can I fix this problem myself, or will I need specialists?

The fan and chimney need to be cleaned. If this does not help, you will need to replace the monostat.

My device worked perfectly, the service was always carried out on time. And recently, error E01 began to appear. And yesterday E07 was added to it. What happened to him?

Judging by the errors, there are problems with its ignition, with the chimney, or a breakdown of the monostat. Perhaps your supply ventilation is installed incorrectly or your chimney is frozen.

For some reason my boiler suddenly stopped due to error E06. How to fix it?

Error E06 corresponds to emergency overheating of the coolant. You need to check the dirt filter first, because if it is heavily clogged with dirt, the circulation of water in the system is disrupted. Look for the filter on the return pipe between the two valves. Take it apart and clean it.

This error indicates that when water is heated, it overheats. One possible reason may be a breakdown of the temperature sensor responsible for heating the water. The heat exchanger may also be “clogged” with scale.

Please tell me how you can regulate the temperature of hot water in model 28 LXZ 10. The knob located on the control panel does not work, and when the master made the settings, he did something inside under the lid. I needed to change the settings, but I don't remember how to do it.

Remove the front cover of the device. On the bar below it you need to find a hole in which the slot of the DHW thermostat is visible.

The Thermona 23 tcl worked for five days without any breakdowns or any comments. A couple of weeks ago the pressure on the pressure gauge rose to 2.5, and the explosion valve began to leak. How can I find out: I have a problem with the heat exchanger or with the make-up tap. Finding out the causes of the problem, I learned that my unit was equipped with a heat exchanger made by the Italian company MUT. And as I read, there are very bad reviews about it. Heat exchanger, what good and trusted company can I replace it with?

It is necessary to set the air pressure in the expansion tank specified by the manufacturer. About 80-90% of boilers are manufactured without an integrated make-up line.

I have a 14 TCL boiler installed. When you turn it on, for some reason the fan does not start, but it stops on its own due to an accident. An inspection of the device did not reveal any visible wire breaks. The vacuum relay was recently replaced. What else could be the cause of this problem?

Your model has a two-position vacuum relay. And it is this that commands the closing and opening of contacts (features of operation depend on the model itself). Since you have ruled out a problem with the relay, the breakdown is most likely in the control board.

Thermon boiler 28 is connected. Lately there has been a problem during startup. If it has been turned off for a long time, then upon startup it works for exactly 10 seconds and then turns off.

You have a device with natural draft installed. For their correct operation, it is very important that the chimney is in good condition. It's possible your stall sensor is tripping and that's why it stops when it crashes. Then, after it cools down, it becomes possible to start again. Check the chimney for permeability and ensure better air supply to the boiler room.

Thermon boiler 14 is faulty. When looking for a possible breakdown, I checked everything I could, but did not find the cause of the damage. The only thing I noticed was that for some reason the burner flame was yellow. Could it be a gas quality problem?

Check the inlet gas supply pressure (it is probably insufficient), or you have problems with the air supply. Once again you need to check the device for damage.

The Thermon double-circuit boiler (28 kW) broke down. Doesn't heat water. What could be broken in it? And how much can repairs cost?

An unexpected stoppage of DHW operation indicates that the flow meter is broken or the heat exchanger is heavily contaminated. Check the operation of the flow sensor and, if necessary, install a new sensor.

The boiler pressure gauge shows that the pressure in the tank is too high. But everything is normal on the batteries, in the heating system, and the pressure. Is it possible that the pressure gauge itself is dirty? Can it be replaced if it breaks?

If the pressure in the device really exceeded the permissible standards, its emergency stop would have triggered. The pressure gauge can be checked as follows: release all pressure from the device and look at the readings. Its arrow should show 0. We also advise you to check the dirt filter, since it is its cleanliness that directly affects the readings of the pressure gauge on the unit. If you need to change the pressure gauge itself, be prepared for the fact that you will have to drain the water from it.

Thermon boiler 50 stopped supplying hot water. Moreover, cold water comes in, but nothing comes out at all. What to do?

If water enters the hot water supply but does not come out, you definitely need to check the heat exchanger. It is also possible that the water supply is mechanically cut off somewhere. Perhaps the gasket was squeezed out and clogged the passages in the heat exchanger. Try applying water in the opposite direction.

We installed the Thermon 14 wall mounted boiler. When we try to start it, it stops after three seconds. Previously, a mechanical blow to the device helped. Now this doesn't work either. What is the reason for the breakdown?

If you believe your description, then there is a loose contact on the board or some other place. Check the electrical system, clean and correct all contacts on the board.

Model 28 tlxz constantly keeps the burner at maximum power and does not try to control it. Maybe it's worth checking the gas valve modulation coil? How to do it? How should the circuit be closed: maximum or minimum?

The coil cannot change its state; it is not a relay. Its main property is the presence of resistance. If the valve operates at maximum, then everything is fine. There is a possibility of the valve sticking open, but it is very small. Check the board.

The device constantly stops due to an emergency when the DHW circuit is operating. What could be the problem?

Check the flow sensor or secondary heat exchanger for proper flow.

Installation and operation of the Thermona Therm boiler

The design and construction of gas boilers Thermona Therm 23, 28 allows their placement in both residential and non-residential premises (boiler rooms, etc.).

Thermon boilers have a degree of protection for electrical parts of IP 41, which provides protection against vertically dripping water. Therefore, they can be located in the bathroom in zone 3 (at a distance of at least 60 cm from the edge of the bathtub or shower).

If the boiler is placed in a bathroom, it is necessary to carry out protective grounding of live parts.

The room must meet the standards of CSN 33 2000-3 - a basic environment protected from frost, with an air temperature of +5 to +35 C, with a relative humidity of up to 80%.

The combustion air should not contain halogenated hydrocarbons and vapors of aggressive substances, should not have high humidity or contain dust.

The dimensions of the room in which the boiler is installed must comply with current standards.

The distance between the boiler circuit Therm 28, 23 and objects that are covered by the fire safety standards for appliances and heat sources (classified according to the degree of flammability of materials) must be at least:

    100 mm from non-flammable materials, low-flammable or medium-flammable

200 mm from flammable materials (for example, fibreboards, materials made of cellulose, polyurethane, polystyrene, polyethylene, PVC, etc.)

It is prohibited to place objects made of flammable materials on the boiler and in places located at a distance considered dangerous (the minimum distance between the boiler and flammable objects in the direction of the main heat radiation is 50 mm, in other directions 10 mm).

Before starting work that could result in a change in the environment in the room of the installed boiler (for example, working with paints and varnishes, adhesives, etc.), the boiler should be turned off with the mode switch (position 0).

Before installing the Thermon boiler, make sure that the chosen location meets the requirements regarding the exhaust of flue gases and that the minimum distances mentioned in the previous part are observed. If installation of boilers in a cascade is planned, we recommend securing them to a common supporting structure.

Connecting the Thermona Therm boiler to the DHW and heating system

Since we are dealing with a flow-through boiler equipped with its own pump, it can be connected to both a system with natural circulation and forced circulation of heating water.

Please note that with a Thermon boiler power of 28 kW and a maximum temperature drop of the heating system of 20°C, 1.2 m3/hour should flow through the boiler.

A decrease in flow (due to the high hydraulic resistance of the heating system) will lead to an increase in the drop in system temperature (lower power transfer) and insufficient flushing of the heat exchanger (the occurrence of internal precipitation).

To make maximum use of the heat exchanger power (23 kW, 28 kW, 32 kW), it is necessary to ensure a minimum heating system pressure of 0.8 bar.

Before connecting the boiler to the heating system, we recommend that you thoroughly rinse it to eliminate any impurities that may settle in the heat exchanger and impair heat transfer.

Connecting the Therm 28, 23 boiler to gas

The connection of the Thermon boiler to gas must be carried out by company employees with appropriate permission to work with gas appliances.

There is no need to install a gas regulator in front of the boiler, which is built into the gas fittings - an integral part of the boiler.

A gas valve K 800 must be installed in front of the boiler, to which there must be free access.

The boiler is designed for operation on natural gas with a calorific value of 9 - 10.5 kW hour/m3 and a nominal network pressure of 20 mbar.

When rebuilding the boiler to change the type of gas, it is necessary to dismantle the burner ramp, replace the nozzles and change the gas pressure range setting on the gas fittings.

Connecting the Therm boiler to the electrical network

Thermon boilers are equipped with a three-wire flexible cable with a plug. It is connected to a power outlet installed near the boiler so that there is a free connection to the power plug in accordance with the requirements of the relevant standards.

The socket must meet the requirements for grounding or grounding protection.

In this case, the grounding contact in the socket should be on top, and the neutral contact should be on the right when viewed from the front. Mains voltage 230 V ± 10%.

Installation of the socket, connection of the room thermostat and maintenance of the electrical part of the boiler can be carried out by a specialist with electrical engineering qualifications.

Connecting the Therm boiler to the chimney

The boiler is connected to a special chimney pipe, which must have a cross-section corresponding to the power of the boiler and have the necessary liner according to the standards.

Before connecting the boiler, you must consult with chimney specialists and carry out an inspection. The boiler is equipped with a draft breaker.

The recommended chimney draft above the draft breaker is in the range of 3 - 5 Pa. The part of the chimney above the draft breaker must be vertical up to 500 mm. It is also recommended to choose the shortest part of the chimney path.

The chimney must be manufactured in accordance with the standards and meet the following conditions:

The chimney liner must be made of impermeable material and resistant to combustion products and condensate.

The chimney must have sufficient strength and low heat loss, and be sufficiently sealed.

The wind should not create pressure zones that are stronger than the smoke draft.

The end of the chimney must be above the sloping roof min. 0.65 m above ridge, above flat roof min. 1m above roof level.

    Filling the heating system

When filling the heating system, the Thermon boiler must be disconnected from the power supply (the plug is removed from the socket).

The filling pressure should be maintained between 1 - 1.5 bar.

Filling must be done slowly so that air from the system pipes has the opportunity to escape through the air release valves.

Water for the first filling and for replenishment must be clear, colorless, free of impurities, oils and chemically aggressive substances.

Should not be acidic (pH below 7). If water hardness is corrected, approved products must be used.

If the above conditions are not met, the warranty does not apply to damaged components.

Operation of a Therm gas boiler

Before starting up the Therm boiler for the first time, the following measures must be taken:

Check whether the heating system is filled with water and whether the boiler has been purged.

Check if all valves are open.

Open the gas tap and check the boiler for gas leaks.

The steps to take when igniting the Therm boiler for the first time are as follows:

Set the rotary knob for the boiler output temperature to maximum.

Insert the power plug into the socket and turn on the boiler using the operating mode switch.

By briefly turning the operating mode switch to the extreme right position, the boiler automatically ignites (in the absence of air in the gas pipeline).

Check that all thermostats and controls are operating properly.

Check the setting of the boiler heating output range or adjust the setting depending on the conditions of the heated object.

    Fig.2. Thermona boiler control panel

    Description of the control panel

    1. Operating mode switch - can be set to the following positions:

    Turning off the boiler (modes).
    - Summer mode (only DHW heating is turned on, heating is turned off).
    - Winter mode (heating and DHW heating are on).
    - Unblocking the boiler failure state.

    2. Heating temperature setting - rotary switch for the user to set the desired temperature in the heating system in the range of 30 - 76 C (55 - 76 C recommended). The increase in temperature is clockwise.

    3. Setting the DHW temperature - a rotary switch for the user to set the desired DHW temperature in the range of 35 - 60 C. Temperature increase - clockwise.

The panel contains 10 LEDs indicating the functional status of the boiler and possible failure status. Four LEDs display the current operating mode of the boiler.

The remaining six red LEDs display the instantaneous water temperature in the corresponding mode - heating or DHW heating, and in the event of a failure, they identify the nature of the failure.

    4. Gas supply blocking, 5. Failure - exceeding the heating water temperature limit (blocking thermostat), 6. Failure in smoke output (manostat failure in the Turbo version), 7. Insufficient heating water flow, 8. DHW sensor failure, 9. Failure heating water sensor, 10. Mains voltage, 11. DHW heating mode, 12. Heating mode, 13. Flame presence.

Therm boilers are equipped with a flue gas backflow fuse, which, in the event of a corresponding failure, will shut off the gas supply with a failure alarm on the panel. The subsequent start-up of the boiler is carried out using a mode switch by turning off the boiler and turning it on again.

If the failure recurs, it is necessary to inform the service organization, which must eliminate the cause of the failure.

If the temperature limit is not exceeded, the heating will be carried out. water (failure 5), after cooling the system, it is necessary to mechanically unlock the emergency thermostat by pressing the release button located on the thermostat.

Recommissioning is carried out by switching the boiler with the mode switch to the “failure release” position and restarting the boiler.
