Cod stewed in mustard cream sauce

Ingredients: 2 fish carcasses, fish seasoning, salt, flour for breading, a bunch of dill, 2 tbsp. l. grain mustard, 170 ml medium-fat cream, pepper, mustard oil.

  1. Thawed fish get rid of the tail and fins. Wash and dry thoroughly with napkins.

Ingredients: a glass of long rice, 80 g plums. butter, half a kilo of tomatoes, a can of canned sweet corn, 2 onions, 130 g of cheese, parsley, salt, black pepper.
