At first Croft will simply hang, but then he can easily climb up. Once at the top, we overcome the obstacle. And approaching the consecrated pyramid, we watch a long cut-scene. And then both Croft and Jonah leave the cave.

Mexican city

The game continues in a small town in Mexico, where you can get the “Path of the Stars” - one of the achievements. There are no opponents as such here, and there is only one path to the designated place. You can chat with locals along the way, but about special rewards and side quests It's better to forget.

You need to get to the gate where several people communicate with each other. Croft gets around them by jumping over the fence on the side, while Jonah distracts them. The path must be continued, crossing the side alley and avoiding the mercenaries. When you approach where the excavations are taking place, you will have to watch a short video.

Killing Mercenaries

It turns out that it is necessary to find an alternative route to the excavation site. Go to the right and climb the wall - this way you will get to the borders of the city and will be able to use weapons.

Follow the available path. Soon you will meet your first enemy. You need to press the finishing button - the girl will quickly and easily kill the mercenary. Another enemy will be nearby - you can remove him using a bow. Aim straight at the head - this way the elimination will happen immediately.

Break

After exchanging remarks with the rescued person, we move on. Croft approaches the wall and climbs onto the first ledge. Watch the proposed scene, and then continue moving next to the vertical wall. Position yourself in such a way that you can see an obstacle suitable for climbing, jump up, run up and press the interact button when you reach the wall. This will make it possible to use a pickaxe.

There is no need to move - press the rope descent button, taking into account that the pickaxe is still attached to the wall. Go down - this way you can get to the lower ledge without consequences.

And again we conquer the wall. Lara must move sideways to get to the edge. As soon as she gets to the other wall, you need to start descending on the rope, swinging left and right.

Let's wait until Lara is near the right wall - then she can jump on it.

We move to the right, using the rope to go down. Is Lara not near the ledge? You can swing on the rope again. You should jump off only when the girl extends her hand - this is a signal that the movement will be successful. Then hurry to the ruins.

Flooded Temple Halls

Having decided to get into the first small hall, try to go through the narrow opening. Here you can find a monolith, as well as a painting - by the way, it becomes a secret. To advance further, take the arrow combined with the barrier blocking the passage. You should not try to select an arrow yourself. Aim at the knot of ropes - Croft will shoot the right one herself. And then you need to pull the rope - the obstacle will give in to it.

The passage is cleared - we stop at the rope. Warning: this is a trap! If you touch the rope, spikes will immediately come out of the walls - they will become fatal to Lara. But you can make the trap work “in vain” by cutting the rope. If the trap is destroyed, Lara will easily crawl under the spikes.

Ahead is a cave with a reservoir. Croft must jump into the water to swim to the new ruins. Underwater, press and hold the button to control your swimming speed.

You need to climb through the rocks, using air bubble- this way you can restore your breathing. By the way, always try to find existing side pockets while swimming underwater. At the end of the passage, the girl will be able to squeeze between the stones.

She will move forward a little - here you need to cut the rope again in order to get rid of the spike trap. Climb the wall - you will reach a large cave with a pyramid. Well, brave Lara will have to conquer this building too.

Puzzle No. 1

Jump over to the hanging bell elements, and then rush towards the wall, jumping slightly to grab the top. Next you need to get to the cart, aim at the rope knot and destroy the obstacle. In order for the trolley to move, it must be pushed, breaking part of the structure.

Lara Croft should stand next to the knot of ropes and aim at the knot that is in front. By shooting an arrow with a rope, it will create a passage between the ledges - now you can get over to the other side.

We move forward, conquer the next bell system, and move to the climbing wall. Lara climbs onto a large ledge and there she has to solve another puzzle.

Puzzle No. 2

The task is to get rid of the new barricade. First you need to find a trolley, and then push it into an octagonal field.

Let's move on to the mechanism from above. When interacting with it, you can turn over a standing cart. But you need to check whether the trolley is turned in the right direction.

You need to stay in the place where the mechanism was turned on. Lara aims at the knot of ropes that is attached to the cart and shoots her bow, creating a connection. To move the minecart to the structure, you need to take a pickaxe, then walk up in a rope and cut it. The trolley will rush down, push the barricade and open the passage.

Now you can jump onto another bell element, and then onto the hanging staircase, which is located nearby. Lara must climb onto a high ledge. You can walk along it and jump over to the edge, and then turn right and climb, reaching the top of the pyramid.

After the cutscene you need to get the Chak Chel key and head to the exit. Rush to the end of the corridor and destroy the wall using a pickaxe. As a result, Lara will get out of the ruins and get to the place where the excavations are being carried out.

Move towards the rock ledge - Lara should jump onto the tree branch with the nest. You should move to another ledge, while keeping an eye on Lara so that she does not fall. Move around the plants and climb onto a branch - this makes it easier to get down to the ground. You should go forward and find a camp with a burning fire.

Search the territory

But you shouldn’t rush to the fire - turn right before reaching the tent to find a relic, namely the “Handkerchief”. Look through the tent - it should contain another relic - the “Flight Log”. Afterwards you can relax next to the fire. Well, take a look at the skills in the tab. Among them are “survival”, “fighter” and “huntress”.

“Fighter” gives Croft strength when meeting opponents, “hunter” is focused on reconnaissance, and “survival” is focused on stealth mode and crafting.

The player himself determines which of them need to be unlocked - this will depend on what style of play will be preferred. It is better to concentrate on acquiring skills such as “Wisdom of the Owl” and “Eagle Vision” - this should simplify the search for artifacts.

Croft leaves his vacation spot and goes into the jungle of Peru. It's more spacious here. Lara sees part of the plane's cargo hanging from the branches of a tree. You need to go around the water to get to the propeller. After watching the cut-scene, you need to jump into the water and, while working with the propeller, pick up a piece of metal. Using it, you can kill the eel.

Holding equipment

You need to search the reservoir, pick up plants and resources, and then go to the ground at another camp. Supplies are here. In addition, if you want to cut the rope or approach the camp, gently move to the left, finding the test tomb.

The tomb needs a pickaxe, so at first you can ignore it and just take the bow from the walls. You need to continue along the path and also climb the wall. A bow is needed in the crypt. Take the “Struggle for Power” document near the entrance, turn around and try to find useful supplies on the right side.

Lara jumps and hurries along the stream, wanting to find the root - using it, it’s easy to find yourself on the other side. Croft climbs up and jumps down to the branch with the nicandra - it will be needed for the Flower Picker test.

You need to turn around and jump back in order to find supplies. After this, we go left along the ledge until Lara comes to a plant that leads to another nikandra. We jump off the branch onto the ledge in order to pick up the “Sextant”. Return - Lara must jump to reach the pair of nicanders.

We jump down and retreat to the tree, but pass by in order to find a slightly open area. Going down, we inspect the left ledge - supplies are stored there. Then we hurry down and pick up the document - “Jack's Diary 6”.

You need to go back and go along the right side of the map to the waterfall, where the resources and supplies are located. You need to continue walking next to the wall, using your survival skills to find a tree - it will lead to another nikandra.

Lara goes down to the platform and uses a rope that lifts the load. Gather supplies, and then find a root that will help you find yourself on the other side.

Sharp knife

The rope needs to be cut - it holds the aircraft cargo. Lara herself will tell you when it is necessary to sharpen the weapon. You have already collected three necessary items, and therefore you should hurry to the camp and choose a homemade knife from among the inventory.

We return equipment

As soon as the knife is sharpened, you need to go to the rope and cut it, returning Croft's inventory, including the bow.

Exploring the surrounding area

The goal is simple - find Miguel. But there are also several additional gizmos that can only be found by using a bow. The main activity is hunting. You can also complete Ruffled Feathers (challenge).

First of all, you should visit the crypt. Find the entrance, aim at the rope. We must move past the trap. Then you need to operate the lever to open the passage.

As you move up the steps, you should disarm the trap. Lara passes below the spears and turns left, looking for Jack's Diary 2. Continue until Croft finds the Urdu Scout mural. Then move to the left, triggering a sequence that will allow you to get to the sarcophagus containing the boots of the Evening Star.

In order to leave this place, you need to get into the gorge on the left side of the room and climb up. Lara uses the arrow and creates a bridge. Pass by the fresco, as well as traps, climb up and follow through the underground tunnels. Activate the lever to find a way out.

Find Miguel

After going through the entire area and taking the necessary items, find a stump near the ravine. Use an arrow and a rope - this will provide a path to the other side. Then hurry forward to watch the cut-scene. You need to ignore the tracks and follow the path to the left, finding “Sisimit” near the dead and animal. Lara follows the marker and finds Miguel.

Defeat the Jaguars

You must correctly assess the terrain in order to stay on the move and evade the attacks of predatory cats. Lara maintains her distance and aims at the jaguars using her bow. You can create arrows using a bow and resources available in the location.

Find Ion

Carefully examine the corpse of the jaguar and get the necessary materials, and then go to where the second animal went. Soon Lara will find the plane. You need to use the tree and find yourself at the top, and then find another document on the right - we are talking about the third part of the “diary”.

The brave girl follows forward, looking for the waterfall. Swim left to the cave where the explorer's backpack is located. Then we return and find the place where “Jack's Diary 5” is located, as well as resources. We pass near the water to the location where the supplies are stored.

Now you can't go into the crypt because you don't have a pickaxe. You need to climb onto the ledges to the left of the canopy - there is another diary there. Lara walks along the path, wanting to get through from the other side. We rise to get to the plane, swing and jump. A cutscene will follow, and Croft finds a pickaxe.

Additional inspection

Search the area near the camp to find supplies near the rocks and near the plane. Lara should rest in the camp, talk to her heart's content and use skill points. We should not forget that you can improve weapons. If you look at the sky, you can see an eagle circling above people. This is a special creature, and therefore you need to shoot at it, knocking off the feathers. Don't rush - you need to be prepared for the fact that it will take some time to hit the eagle.

Move along the slope to the left of the plane - here you can find a cache buried at the roots. Jump into the water and swim towards the shore. Now you have a pickaxe, which means Lara will be able to climb walls. Climb the tree near the water and move to the rock. Turn left, heading towards the top. You need to look around, collect all the gold before jumping onto the branch. Try to get on the ledge to the left, and only then end up in the water. Take the cache.

Visit the crypt by breaking the thin wall using an axe. Take the “Grave Marker” - another relic - it lies next to the entrance. You need to follow the path to a room with a fresco “Rimak, the storyteller”, as well as a container that contains resources. In order to move further, you need to release an arrow equipped with a rope towards the barricade.

Disarming the trap will make it possible not to die. Lara must take the “Elongated Skull” (relic), which is located in the cobwebbed room. Crawl through the tunnel to reach the lever. You can turn it and open the gate on the right, but you need to skip this action and go left to find another lever. This is what needs to be moved.

Once on the other side, climb up the wooden elements as well as the column. You need to get to the top - where the resource container is located. Follow the tunnel, at the same time noting that you have passed the traps. Then pull the lever.

These actions will raise the central column - you need to jump onto the wall on the left, and then to the right, to another wall. Lara must climb up. You can approach the wall and move so that you can reach the top of the crypt. In this case, we do not need a sarcophagus - it is better to destroy the left wall and find a room with the “Random King” (document). Afterwards, Lara will go there and pick up the Evening Star's dress.

And now you can leave the crypt, using the counterweight, and get to the top.

Find Kuvak-Yaku

Go to Jonah to ask him to move the log to the quest marker. Afterwards, Lara will follow the rocky ledges and find herself in a new place. There is a fresco on the left. If you turn around, you can see the stairs and the Quechua monolith.

Such objects will lead to hiding places, however, they will be found after examining the phrases inscribed on the stone. In this situation, the cache is located near the extreme point of the path - it is to the right of the monolith, immediately behind the “Chalice of Gunpowder” relic.

Don't listen to Jonah and hurry along the path to the left of the monolith. We need to find another cache. Come back. Lara must study the stone wheel - this will give her the opportunity to acquire the “Lady Statuette” relic. To reach the lever, you need to climb the steps. When used, the water flow is activated. Together with Jonah we push the wheel. You need to press on it again, run under the bridge and shoot an arrow at the moving part so as to hit the rope on the destroyed bridge.

Lara returns to Jonah and crosses the bridge. Here a cut-scene awaits her; after watching it, Croft will be able to collect all the components of the potion.

We go up the mountain and go down again, moving up the steps to find the “Dead Masters” fresco. More resources await us here. You need to go past the camp, explore the wall, get another relic.

If you are ready to continue, you need to enter the ruins and watch the cutscene by moving the column in the company of Jonah. And here you should kill another jaguar, using an already known technique, and then watch a new video.

The path to the secret city

In the city, players will have access to the first side quest. The mission will be called "Showdown with robbers." Make your way through the Jungle, fighting off assassins along the way. You need to get inside the underground temple. Here the main character will have to solve a complex puzzle, which will include numbers and Mayan deities.

To make stone bridges appear, turn both levers at once until they stop. Walk along the bridges to see symbols on the walls. Then you need to turn the levers again to expose the hidden symbols on the right and left. On the right side, do the same, and the first door will open in front of you. Next, enter the remaining characters. When the door opens, you need to examine the Mayan image. On the left column you can find the zero symbol. And next to the column on the right there is a symbol with two dots. And to exit their temple, enter the characters found.

Inside the temple you will need to talk to your friends. After this, Lara will be captured and she will have to pass three main tests:

The easiest way to complete the Jaguar task. You need to get to the cave with the image of the Spider. To do this, jump into the water and try not to get caught by the piranhas. In order to get out of the cave with the Spider, you will need to go down in the center using a rope, then jump over to the ledge ahead.

The Eagle test is the most difficult to complete. Lara will find herself in a tower with a rotating mechanism. Jump over the wooden fence to the other side and carefully look at the round panel. It will need to be put into action. Go further and when you are outside, go down the rope. Then you need to get up, there will be the first mast. Next to her, shoot the rope at the central device so that they are tied.

Get to the wall wooden slab, jumping on rotating ladders with sails, dodging beams. We need to get to the second sail. This is a difficult task because you will need to carefully choose your moments to run forward. Pull the circle to open the door. There is a rope on the left side of the sail. You need to run up there and shoot a rope into the circle so that the door remains open. Then connect the sail to the central device. Climb higher, carefully avoiding obstacles. There will be a final circle at the top which signifies the end of the challenge.

The game will have one single path along which you can get to the Secret City.

Secret City

Before you go on a further journey, you will need to carefully examine the place where you can find a lot of interesting things:

Complete tasks. However, the most important point is the purchase of improvements.

In the central part of the city there is a market where you should go. Buy an upgraded fixed knife from the girl. With its help, it will be possible to cut thick ropes.

The side mission “Playing with a Dead Man” is available in this location. After completing the passage, you can find the woman Monaeka. Without a side mission, her search will be difficult. She will sell you a master key and a jumar. With the help of a zhumar you can easily break strong barriers and move along ropes, and with a master key you can open treasure chests. Once you are ready for further adventures, head further along the marker on the screen and find yourself at the gathering place of the Cultists.

There will be a conversation with the queen, who will tell you where to find her son. After talking to him, go forward. You need to be on the other side. To do this you have to jump on beams and use ropes. On the other side you will come across a camp. On the right there will be boards with a rope. Cut it with a new knife. Collect gold below.

Take the steps to enter the Snake's Cave. Here you need to climb as high as possible and then go down to the ledge where the entrance to the building is located. The door will close, so you have to crawl over the dead and kill one sectarian. Then you will need to destroy the wall and find yourself in the Belly of the Snake itself. Getting out of the first room will not be difficult. Fill the container with oil, it will spread and you can set it on fire. The fire will destroy the obstacle.

In the next room, a more difficult puzzle awaits Lara. It will also contain oil and fire to remove the obstacle. In the room you will find two platforms that need to be rotated so that their channels connect to the ditch. Along it, oil will be delivered to the barrier. After everything is completed and the barrier burns down, go forward, where the next artifact will be waiting for you.

After returning to the city, run away from the enemy and then Jonah will contact you to inform you to go to Ucha. After talking with the queen to update the quest, return to the mountain temple.

Follow the existing path. Eliminate one cultist, and then deal with two more. Go forward until the exit appears in front of you. Once you've eliminated all the enemies, climb up the wall to the right of the locked entrance. After turning the mechanism, you will find yourself in close proximity to the Snake Eye.

Jump on the rocks and jump into the water. Swim underwater to the cave to get into the Snake's Eye.

Cenote

Go down using the rope and try to find five chests in the water. They can be opened using an ice ax. This is an additional test. To pass, do not get caught by piranhas. Before moving on, explore the area to find a backpack, a geographer and an archivist. Use the rope knot to destroy the wall.

Go inside the temple and swim through it. Look around for collectibles. When you see a hanging corpse, go up to it. Free him and your reward will be a shotgun.

This weapon will become not just a tool, but also a means to cope with even the strongest walls. There will be one of them behind the camp. You can deal with it in one shot. The second one was discovered by you in a pond located nearby.

There will be only one path to follow here. There are a lot of monsters to kill. They will destroy the obstacle above. And after the battle with them, go up there. Get to strange place swim through the tunnel.

There will be a locked door here. And you will need to solve the puzzle. In the huge hall you will find four water wheels. Go forward and go upstairs. Connect the handle and one of the taps using a rope knot. Turn the large crane so that the heroine can jump on it. Move to the second crane, which is littered with boards. Take them away. Reach the handle and try to adjust all the taps. All actions must be done while fighting with representatives ancient tribe.

Once the first wheel is set in motion, choose the right moment to get to the second one. Go down to the side where there is another crane. It is held by a barrier that needs to be destroyed. Connect this and the two lower taps to allow water to flow to the wheel. During the cut scene, the heroine will find herself in the shrine.

Now run away from the enemy. The segment will be short, because after that you will have to climb up. Use your tools to reach the sheer cliff. Squeeze into the gorge where the climber's corpse is located. Take the equipment from him and move further along the rocks.

After climbing up, you will need to jump onto the climbing wall. And be careful not to let go of the ice ax prematurely, because it may simply not reach the climbing wall. To get out of the cave, use the underwater tunnel.

Secret City (Return)

Go to the secret hideout where Jonah called you. Talk to everyone. Unurata was captured by the sectarians. She needs to be saved. To do this, follow the game markers. You need to go to the sectarian temple. Now Lara has the right clothes for this. You will need to reach the marker for Etzli to tell you the password.

Go inside by calling it and you will see a scene featuring Unurata and Amaru. Explore the place and find notes and murals to better understand the dialects of the location. Get downstairs, where Unurata is being held captive. The only way is a rock, so you won't cross the bridge. Take up rock climbing. As a result, after this you have to jump along the rope onto the ledge. You need to get to the place where the fresco is located.

If you make your way higher, there will be another fresco and the entrance to the crypt. But you don't need to do this. Climb higher to get to the place where the prisoner is imprisoned. There you have to look short video.

Immediately after it you will need to complete the task “Nominal Power”. In order to get out of here, you have to destroy the wall blocking the path and go through the square where the execution is taking place.

A statue will appear in front of you and you need to climb up it and get to the emperor’s tomb. It should be watched very carefully. There will also be another video for you to watch. To complete the task, eliminate the enemies that appear on the way.

You will then take part in a major battle with the mercenaries and Commander Rourke. They attack Lara and Jonah from a helicopter. To deal with enemies, secretive tactics are used. To eliminate the first group of opponents, use an improved knife. If there is an alarm, hide and wait for the right moment to strike your enemies.

Climb higher and try to deal with the next group of mercenaries. Some can even be attacked from the water. You need to get to the ledge to find yourself in close proximity to an abandoned oil plant.

Here you will have to fight with mercenaries, who are equipped with thermal imagers. You shouldn't hide from them. Eliminate them gradually. First, attack one mercenary, and also eliminate the second. You can then use the location's hand tools to attract other enemies.

In the next part of the battle you will also have to eliminate opponents. To prevent them from noticing you, cover yourself with mud and act quietly. Here you can launch attacks from the roofs, where the heroine can easily climb. Further along the path there will be frightening arrows and a bow, which you can also use.

Run forward, trying to dodge the helicopter and other bandits, and then fight the enemies. Shoot at them and wait for tremors with explosions. After the last one, the helicopter will crash and another video will appear.

Mission Saint Juan

Along with this mission, several side quests will be available. Carefully explore the Jungle to collect the most useful items. It will be possible to find the first flagpole in the city. This will be a new challenge. Find all five such stacks and raise the flags. You can complete a side mission from Guillermo. It is connected to the tomb and crypt.

Go to the woman who will tell you about the library. Go inside the building and look around. In order to read the words from the Bible about wings, destroy the wall to your right. At the top there will be another wall waiting for you, after the destruction of which you will find a picture of the Moon. Next, the heroine will say that all that remains is to find images of the eclipse and the heron. There is a huge wall on the first floor. These symbols are hidden behind it. After them you need to find the cross. The path down to the crypt will also open there.

Here you need to move the cart so that the light falls on its mirror. This will make it clear where to move next. Approach the statue of the Virgin Mary and wipe the mirror. Use the wheel to turn it. Lara and Jonah will be below. And here it is important to correctly push the lever of the fresco so that the girl stays alive.

On your right and left sides there will be crosses that need to be moved along the walls and their mirrors rotated. In addition, there are several scenes of the crucifixion of Jesus Christ. You need to consistently shine the light on them.

A door will open deep into the crypt, where you will need to watch the video. After it, you should get out of the water trap. As a result of this adventure, Lara will meet with Amar, who took Jonah hostage. After the next video you will have to fight with another group of mercenaries.

Then you have to go through several more places where you will also encounter enemies. But you can either fight them or avoid them. Get to the helicopter and watch the video with Amar and Jonah.

Leave this place. Run forward. At the moment when Lara rolls over the containers, catch the right moment to jump so that she ends up on the ground. Use the lamppost to make another strong jump. Overcome obstacles and jump onto the barn floating by. And jump forward from it.

Snake City

This mission in the game is the final one. In it you will have to figure out how to get to Dominguez and deal with Kukulkan. After returning to the hideout in the Secret City, talk to Etzli. After this conversation, fast forwarding will no longer be available. And if you agree, then you can swim through the tunnels and overcome obstacles. Use air pockets. This will help replenish your oxygen reserves.

Use the only available path to meet with the representative of the monsters. They have the same goals. Therefore, we have to act together in organizing the assault on the temple. You will soon find yourself in the right place and, after a short scene, start pursuing Amaru. This can be done using rock climbing skills. The task will be difficult, but you already have experience in passing such tests.

A little later you will have to fight with Amaru. Before that, make your way to the three statues. Destroy them. At the same time, you will also have to deal with priests and sectarians. After the destruction of the last statue, Dominguez (Amaru) will be possessed by Kukulkan, with whom he will eventually have to fight.

As soon as you destroy all the enemies, start shooting at the main villain. This must be done until a protective halo appears around it. At this time, you should approach him closely and stab him with a knife purchased at the market. It will be necessary to repeat such strikes four or five times to completely defeat the enemy. Completing side quests

The game Shadow of the Tomb Raider has not only main missions, but also side missions. And the first of them is a quest called “Dangerous Species”.

Dangerous species

To unlock this side mission, you need to talk to the man located in the central part of Kuvak-Yaku. As a reward for completing this test you will receive the Osprey weapon.

The man will ask to talk to Omar and Marco. The latter will ask Lara for help in finding his son. In order to complete the task, you need to get to the outskirts of the city and get into a narrow gap. Marco's son will be in the cave. He will be pursued by several people who need to be eliminated. And for this it is best to use silent tactics. Ride to a place not far from the crypt and eliminate the pursuers one by one. To do this, you can use a bow and an ice ax.

In this case, it is undesirable to use firearms, because this can attract unnecessary attention from enemies. And although there are few of them, and they do not have any reinforcements, when they all notice you, they will be more difficult to deal with. Each of the bandits has a pistol as a weapon. And anyone can kill Lara. After freeing Marco's son from his pursuers in the cave, return to the man and receive your reward - the Osprey pistol.

Game with a dead man

In the central part of the Secret City of Paititi, behind the bridge, you need to meet Takiya. In order to take the task, talk to the young man. Next, follow the marker to chat with Pisco. He will tell you that he won cubes from Takiy and that he gave them to him himself. He said that he would give them to Lara if she talked to the five outcasts. This task is the most important, because it will help find the location of the woman Maraeku, who will sell the heroine a master key and a jumar.

On the map you can see highlighted areas marked in green. Talk to the four outcasts and head further along the marker to find the fifth. This will be Maraeku. Talk to her and don't forget to buy equipment. This can be done later, but it will be difficult to find her because she is constantly moving. Return to Pisco, take the cubes from him and return to the young man on the stone.

Hearts and Minds

After passing through the Belly of the Snake, talk to the queen in her home. Inside, also talk to Uchu, who will be next to Jonah. From him you will receive the next quest. Then you will need to communicate with the people who will be tagged. As soon as you find the boy, climb up the white wall to the ledge where you need to pick up the knife. Give it to the boy so that he and his friends can distract the guards. Chat with the boy who is in captivity and after that you will receive a horn from the woman. She will give him away after you bring her the grass. Give the royal horn to Uch.

However, this is not the whole task. As part of this side mission, you need to find the amulet. Follow the marker, climb up the tree and up. You need to climb higher until the entrance to the cave appears on the way. Go inside and try not to fall into the traps. Finally, jump into the water below. Swim through the first room underwater and use the lever to open the door to get through it. Once the water gets higher, enter the second room. At the second level you have to swim again and destroy the barrier made of boards. Shoot the rope knot and pull the lever again. A passage will appear so you can swim out of the locked room.

The sarcophagus will contain an amulet. Take it and head to Uchu. Give it to him and finish this mission. There are no major rewards in this side quest other than 350 gold coins. But they could also be obtained by selling resources.

This will be the end of the quest, but its passage will continue after completing the mission of Saint Juan. In the shelter, talk to Uchu. He will ask you to return the winner's beam. Get to the indicated location, find the bow, and you will be attacked by a jaguar.

Using a bow, try to defeat the attacker. In this place you will find arrows and various items to create them. After about four shots, the jaguar will run away, but not for long. He'll be back again. He will repeat this about five times. Take the bow, return to Uchu and give it to him. Then simply watch the ceremony, after which Lara will receive her reward. The reward will be Manco's tunic, which increases the level of stealth during the hunt.

Liberty

The mission will be available after completing the main quest Cenote. Upon returning to the Secret City, you can begin completing the quest. Get to the place where Jonah, Uchu and other rebels are hiding. You have to visit three marked territories and untie them. The rebel is chained to the posts. Return to Poma and receive a reward for completing part of the task. The reward here will be Ch'amak's Relic Greaves.

However, you need to continue completing the task after this. It will consist of saving Colcuya. You should pay attention to the side quest “Widows and Tears”. During its execution, Lara will be next to the house of the murdered Sumaki. Go around it. You need to get to the room where the maid is cleaning up. Do not enter this room, but move on and get to the relic. Follow the beam to the cave and go through it.

Next, jump into the water and go to the test tomb. Inspect everything carefully. This is where Colqui is located. It will later turn out that Poma is a traitor. Use your bow to defeat all the enemies that attack you. After this, the task will be completed.

Widows and tears

At the top, talk to the guy to learn about Sumaka's murder. The quest will be available after returning to Cenote, when Lara is wearing a green suit. There is a guard near the door who does not allow anyone inside. Invite him to distract the crowd. Downstairs, arrange with the musician to play funeral music. After the crowd has dispersed, go inside and chat with everyone who will be here.

Examine the dead man's body and then talk to everyone again and go through the doorway that is to the left of Shoko. Then talk to the servant Anka. She won't open the gate. Then leave the house and go right. Jump onto the ledge. Chat with the neighbor and jump over to the ledge. Use the ice picks to get into the room where the maid is. Look at the masks on the wall. Near the house, find a place that can be excavated.

Take out the knife and then return to the guard to tell him who killed Sumaki. As a reward, you will be awarded the Yawai War Tunic, as well as 750 experience points.

Postponement of execution

On the approach to the temple, which was attacked by cultists, there will be another place with numerous people. Unurata's son will speak to you. When the men pull both levers and the door opens, go inside and free Hakan. In order to get out of this place, destroy the door located on the side. As a reward for this mission, you are given a knife, which allows you to increase resources when cutting animals.

Destiny

You can take this task from the man at the Saint Juan mission. Not far from him there will be a woman who will tell some of the secrets of the crypt and help Lara get to the library. After the conversation, you will also learn about a missing girl named Isabella.

First, go to the cemetery. There you will meet a woman and then children who will say that they will not leave without treasure. When your back is to the children, start walking towards the left wall, where the well is located. Dig the place and find trinkets. Give them to the children you met earlier. Help the woman and you will learn that Isabella tried to climb onto the grave with the cross. Move towards the entrance to the crypt following the crosses on the way.

Isabella will be inside the crypt. She will sit near the sarcophagus. Get the armor out of there and get out of the cave.

Then talk to Guillermo. After talking with him and Manu, make your way to the camp. Jump down and pick up the backpack near the entrance to the tomb. In it, swim to the platform with the frescoes. Destroy the rubble of the aquiduct and move on. There will be another camp on your way.

However, before us is a regular training prologue, in which you just need to follow the instructions, completing simple tasks. Difficulties can only arise with poorly working triggers. For example, when climbing up and jumping towards an outstretched hand, you should carefully make sure that you have reached the highest point and moved as far as possible to the left. Otherwise, you will not be able to jump to your hand. This also applies to swings on cables - you should jump only after reaching the highest amplitude.

Syria

The situation in the game changes extremely quickly - only recently you were climbing a snowy slope and now in a couple of minutes you are cutting through the sand dunes of Syria in a jeep. In this country, Lara needs to find a mysterious tomb in which the body of the prophet is hidden. After watching a short cutscene, climb up until you see a small crevice in the wall. To the right of it you will find a treasure - take it, and then climb inside through the hole in the wall.

Inside you will find a spacious room with a pillar in the center. On it Croft will find an inscription that she will not be able to read due to her ignorance of the Greek language. But this oversight can be easily corrected: you just need to study the two frescoes located to the left and right of the pillar. After this, Lara's level will increase and she will be able to read the inscription. Nearby you will find a treasure. Take it and move forward.

As you exit the room, you will see a broken bridge leading to the other side of the canyon. To overcome this obstacle you just need to use a double jump. Having reached the place indicated on the map, you should climb up and enter the new room. Another cutscene will begin.

Next, break the wall on the left using an ice ax. A stream of water will burst out of the opening. Now you can go back and use the improvised bridge to cross to the other side. Once in the next room, go around the large structure located directly in front of you. Then climb onto it from the other side. Beware of the trap with sharp spikes, which can easily kill you. Next you need to get to the other side, where the entrance to a new riddle awaits you.

Solving the puzzle will not be easy. When you walk normally on the boards, you will immediately be washed away by the water. Therefore, the first thing you need to do is knock down the boards with a shot, and then jump over to the other side. Here you need to destroy the wall with cracks using an ice ax. This will raise the water level in the container below. We jump onto the board again and wait until you are washed away with water. After this, we quickly climb onto the floating raft ahead. Now you can climb onto the wall and climb along the ledges to the beam. Let's watch a short video. Next, you need to run to the exit without falling under the bullets of hostile soldiers.

Siberian Wilderness

We head down and, not far from the abandoned camp, begin collecting useful materials. To do this, you should highlight them using a special key or button (depending on what you are playing on - a gamepad or keyboard). Then we return to the fire and “craft” the bow. We improve the available parameters and move forward to the point on the map. Don't forget to collect materials along the way - they will be useful to us in the future.

We go through several QTE actions (you need to quickly press certain buttons indicated on the screen), then we run away from the enemy and perform QTE again. As a result, Croft receives several dangerous wounds, and therefore it is impossible to do without medicine. We collect medicinal plants and heal ourselves. Next we will need to create a poison arrow to kill the bear. Its production requires the following items: wood, fabric and mushrooms. You can collect all these resources on the way back to the camp. We also advise you to look into the cave located to the right of the path. In it you will find explosive ore and a scroll.

Having reached the camp, we create a poisoned arrow (or several arrows), improve the bow and increase the skills (we advise you to upgrade your quiet jump and thick skin). Now we go again to the clubfooted bear. On the way to the bear you will meet several military detachments. You should deal with them quietly. It's best to kill them one by one.

Having reached center point, pick up the canister, and then blow it up next to the cave with an arrow - this will give you access to the treasury. You can get more treasures by finding the prince's crown. To do this, open the map and find the corresponding object. Then explore the crown to learn Mongolian. This will help you read the inscriptions on the pillars located nearby. After this, new treasures will open to you on the map.

Now you can go to the bear. The easiest way to kill a clubfoot is as follows: we make our way into his cave, and then shoot him with a poisoned arrow and finish him off with two ordinary arrows (you need to hit the beast right in the head). If you can’t hit the bear with poison arrows, then it doesn’t matter - just run back and create poison arrows again, the bear won’t chase you. Having killed the bear, we take its skin and all other useful resources in the room, and then we destroy the wall with an ice ax and go into the ice cave.

Ice cave

We go down, find a small rise on the right and climb up it. Here you will find another scroll. We go forward and find another camp that can be turned into our own small base. By the way, Lara can instantly move between camps. Therefore, you can always return to old locations to collect all the treasures in them. Improve your ice ax and increase the characteristics you need. Then move on. Ahead you will see a huge ship hanging right above the cliff. Follow the mast to reach the first optional mission.

Ice Ship (challenge tomb)

In general, the puzzle awaiting us is not difficult, but we will still have to rack our brains. You need to knock the ice off the ship and climb to the top of it. To do this, you need to start the mechanism, and then climb the mast using an ice ax and jump over to the right pendulum. Next, wait for it to go down, get off it and start climbing up the wall, which has been cleared of ice. We use the mechanism again and lower the pendulum to a height acceptable for a jump. We move forward along the mast and jump onto the pendulum in order to destroy the ice crust. We get off the pendulum and climb up again. Here you can collect a lot of useful things, including a sacred manuscript that will improve your archery skill. In addition, you will discover a lot of gold and increase your knowledge of the Greek language. Now you can go down the cable car. Be sure to pick up a medallion near the descent. In the future, with the help of it you will be able to discover an important secret.

After completing the test, you should return to the main task. Once you leave the cave and take a swim in the water, turn right - there you will see a scroll.

Lara needs to infiltrate the Soviet base, and this is quite difficult to do. The first step is to go down to the lower level and examine the small opening located on the right. He will lead you to a small cave where part of an ancient bow and other useful items are stored. There are no puzzles here - you just need to constantly keep the image of the map in your head, otherwise you can easily get lost. We take the artifact and go back.

Let's go a little further. Here you will find several enemies and kerosene lamps. Throw lamps at your enemies to set them on fire, then finish them off with your bow. We go upstairs, kill a few more adversaries, and go into the interrogation room. In it you can find your first pistol. We move further and find ourselves in the hangar. There will be a lot of enemies in it. You can destroy them all with a bow or climb up, pick up a kerosene lamp and set the tank on fire. On the wall you will see a drawing, after studying which your knowledge of the Russian language will improve.

Let's go ahead and get our first side quest. It says that if you break all the transmission systems on the map, you will be awarded experience and loyalty points, and will also be given a master key with which you can open a couple of cabinets and locked drawers on the level. Collected materials can be used to create a second pistol. Note that one of the transmitters is located above the cave where the wolves are located. You can get to this place by climbing the sheer wall located to the right of the cave. Next you need to climb up in a spiral. The remaining transmitters are quite easy to find.

Not far from the rise leading to the point where the plot continues, there is a factory. At the top there is a relic, and next to it is the previously mentioned cave with wolves. If you go left, you can find the entrance to a secret cave covered with boards. You can find a useful skill in it. Breaking the boards is quite simple - you need to shoot at the rope located nearby, and then a block of stone will rush next to you and destroy the boards. Now you can go down.

Cistern in the Cave (challenge tomb)

You can immediately run to the relic, but be prepared for the wooden boards to break under you and you to fall into the cold water. Therefore, you must first go to the right to the very bottom corner and find a passage there leading to a canister and a closed hatch. You should blow up the canister to increase the water level. We go back, go around the structure and find three more canisters on the right. Now you need to perform a rather difficult trick - take the canister and throw it on the wooden raft. Next, jump onto the beam and drive the piece of wood with the canister across the water to the opposite side.

Jump off the beam and wait until the raft floats near the hatch. Then shoot at the fuel container and watch as the explosion destroys the hatch and opens an additional passage. We go through it and find ourselves in a small room. Here we climb up and destroy the wall. Next, we jump down, throw the next canister onto the boards and repeat the action with the hatch. Now Lara needs to have time to get to the raft and throw the canister through the broken window. We go back, take the container with fuel and blow up the last hatch from the inside. This will help you increase the water level, and then you will be able to pick up the relic without any problems.

When returning to the USSR base, you can explore the cave in which wolves live, but there is nothing interesting in it. But the cave located before the main plot point will help you open a new dungeon. Go into it and complete the quest there. Next, go to the last bonfire found and kill all enemies near the new camp. Nearby you will find a building where a merchant hangs out. You can buy a lot of valuable things from him for gold. We go up, then go down and watch a short cut-scene with an unexpected twist.

Jail break

You need to loosen the pipe and pull it out of the pipeline. Then use it to destroy the wall covered with cracks. Take the new bow improvement (arrows with rope) from the table. Break the beam above the doorway using the cable, and then leave the room. Open the box with a master key and go outside. Here Lara will have to kill all the enemies on the level - we recommend strangling them one by one. Next, break all the laptops to complete the side quest.

We shoot from the cable at the desired point and move towards the window opening. Let's watch a short video again. Then we go outside and move forward. We attach the rope directly to the cable, and then hook it to the winch. Afterwards we need to de-energize the wire, because of which we cannot walk through the water. We find the machine gun and move forward again. You will learn how to make pomegranates from ordinary tin cans. Make as many of them as possible to quickly kill all opponents. Then quickly run outside.

Get ready for a lengthy shootout with armored enemies - tin cans with nails will come in handy. As soon as you defeat the “walking tanks”, you will immediately take part in several runs with a time limit. In addition, Lara will have to swim several meters underwater (remember to speed up while in the water). Then you will have another obstacle course. After it you will find yourself in a new place.

Finding Jacob (part one)

You should not immediately start looking for Yakov - we advise you to first go to the cave located in front of the camp. Here you will have to fight a snow leopard - a rather tough opponent, so be careful with it. Next, break all the boards in the cave and save in the camp. Don't forget to also improve your skills near bonfires. We recommend that you upgrade advanced crafting (the “survival” section), which will allow you to create large bags for ammunition. Now you can go to the tomb.

Voice of God (Tomb with Trials)

We go forward and try not to fall from the second beam, covered with ice - when it starts to collapse, immediately jump off it and grab the wall. On the opposite side, you should shoot at the post with a bow and then tie a rope to it. Next you need to get into inner part tombs. In it you will find a note, a map and several gold coins.

You will find that one of the counterweights has failed, preventing the next gate from being raised. You need to lower the outer gate, and then climb it and jump to the other side. You should jump to the right so that you can attach one end of the rope to the stuck counterweight, and the other to the reel. Order Lara to pull the cable and remove the bolt located on the right side. The reel will stop moving if you do everything right. We go back and destroy the wall leading to the side we need. We raise the gate again - now we can install the counterweight in the position we need.

We go back to where the lever is and try to move it to the highest possible level - then we need to cut the rope on the right. The ice will be destroyed, and we will be able to freely lift all the gates and take the hidden relic. It can restore health upon death. Let's go back. We use arrows with a rope to get to the starting camp. We recommend heading to the Wilderness Vault, as here you can now get into a cave that you couldn't reach before. Afterwards we continue to look for Yakov.

In Search of Jacob (Part Two)

On the way, you will meet a wounded descendant who will ask you to kill all the wolves in the cave. Yes, this is the same cave where you killed the snow leopard and wolves earlier. We go there again and destroy all the wolf cubs (we recommend using arrows with poison - this will quickly kill them). Completing this quest will reward you with a pistol upgrade.

Not far from the lumberjack camp, Lara can take on another minor mission related to rescuing prisoners from prison. The easiest way to get to the prisoners is through the river. We use a cable for this. The prisoners are located near the air duct. On the left is the geographer's bag. Next we find ourselves in the interrogation room. For this quest you will be given an additional skill.

There is another minor quest at the level, which is given by a wounded man in a cave. You will have to explore the enemy base and find the raven. The task is quite easy, so we will not describe it. Completing it rewards you with elements for firearms and one skill. Now you can return to completing the main mission. We select all the artifacts and documentation, then study the frescoes. After receiving the Molotov cocktail, you should go to the right, where you will be able to find a new tomb to explore.

Uranium Mines (challenge tomb)

We go down, fall into the water, and then go around all the forks. When you make the jump, the structure will collapse. Don't be scared - this was supposed to happen. Along the way you will find a pipe that will cover an object that can explode. Now you need to solve the puzzle.

We jump to the far counterweight and break all the paths. We rise a little higher and shoot from a bow at the mechanism (we use arrows with a cable), and then pull out the trolley. Next, we jump to the other side using the ledge in the wall and climb up. Being not far from the pillar, we shoot at the trolley again. We go down and jump onto the counterweight. As a result, we will be able to close the opening where the water comes from. We throw a Hammer cocktail at the explosive object and go through the resulting opening. Here you will find the Keen Eyes skill. It will allow you to see any traps in your path. Now let's go back.

Finding Jacob (third part)

It is necessary to burn the obstacle on the road and move forward. Then you will hear unfamiliar voices. You should blow up the gas pipeline located directly above your opponents and throw Molotov cocktails at them. Move on. After a while you will reach a point where you need to stretch the rope and climb down. Then the next run will begin. Then we watch a video that shows how we get into the Abandoned Mines.

We eliminate several soldiers and call the elevator. Then we drive the cart towards it and climb onto it. As a result, you will be given a new thing - a knife. We cut the rope with a knife and move to the opposite side. Here you will need to cut two more ropes holding the elevator. We go upstairs and go to the fire. We improve our skills and also improve our bows and firearms. Next, we examine the fresco to improve our knowledge of the Greek language. In a room located near the fire, we kill all opponents. Collecting everything useful materials and notes, and then we move on.

You will see a door with a complex lock. Using the cable we go down. We attach the trolley to the rope and raise it to the height we need. Geothermal Valley (part one)

This is a new huge level with many side quests, ancient artifacts and tombs. However, you won't be able to get most of the treasures yet, since Lara still doesn't have an oxygen tank for long dives underwater. For this reason, we advise you to concentrate your attention on completing additional missions and exploring locations. For destroying drones you can get a good bow, and hunting deer and wild boars will allow you to get pieces of equipment and experience points. There is also an optional tomb located here.

Chamber of the Suffering (Tomb with Trials)

Go to the bottom corner of the map straight to the waterfall. You need to get over to the opposite side - the cable will help you with this. Then we crawl under the gate and kill several hostile animals. We break the grate and go into the cave, where the tomb is located. Here you have to solve a fairly simple puzzle. We roll out the reel with the cable to the very edge. Next, we attach a figure eight to the beam and go to the far corner with the bucket. We pull the rope to lower the bucket down. We tie the bucket to the cart on which the reel is located. That's it, a solution to the problem has been found. We go up the steps and take a new relic with the “Fast Healing” skill. Now you can return to the valley.

Geothermal Valley (part two)

After completing all tasks and inspecting the tomb, you can begin the main story mission. We light a torch on a hill and learn to create fire arrows. Let's go to new point on the map and take the shotgun. Then we begin the battle with a new enemy - flamethrowers. You need to run around him and shoot at the cylinders weighing on his back. After killing him we move on. Everything around will be destroyed. We need to find the atlas. Along the way, you can solve another optional tomb puzzle.

Aquifer Cave (Tomb with Challenges)

Drag the rope to the other side and walk along it. On the right you will need to go around the small graves and go up. Here you will see a temporary parking lot. To solve the puzzle you will need all your ingenuity and dexterity. You will need to hook the boat to the devices, and then quickly jump to the next point. After getting to the island, you will need to hook the rook from one millstone to another. You will have to pull the rope using a lever. After doing several similar exercises, you will still end up on land. There you will find a relic that will give Lara the ability to hit animals directly in the heart. Unfortunately, there is little benefit from it, since it does not work on bears and leopards. Now you can return to your main route.

Acropolis

Next to the dungeon is a new level called the Acropolis. Move along plot points without deviating from the main route. Everything here is quite straightforward, so you won’t get lost. After receiving the explosive arrow, go to the grate and shoot through the hole at iron door to blow it up. Then move towards the tower. In it you have to fight with a whole group of opponents. Next, Lara will have to defend the tower from a bunch of uninvited guests. We recommend using poison and explosive arrows more often. However, be sure to save a few explosive arrows for the end to use against soldiers with shields. After the shootout, Croft will receive a new thing - an ice ax with a rope. With it, you can cling to various ledges in order to climb up to previously inaccessible places.

A new task will appear - to get to the church where the atlas is kept. Go to the point on the mini-map, ignoring all challenges. After entering the swamps, you need to go to the right corner of the map and kill the armored enemy standing on the left. Go around the area and blow up the canister. Also shoot at the barrels located above. This will reduce the number of enemies to two or three people, which can be easily killed with a bow. If the trick fails, then eliminate enemies in groups using explosive arrows.

You will see the second cluster of enemies after passing through the window. Three enemies can be killed at once using an explosive arrow. Just shoot the rest with a shotgun or any other firearm. Ahead you will meet three opponents. Kill them with an explosive arrow. Now go right and go upstairs. Slide the amphora with fire. Then throw it away and blow it up with a fire arrow - this will help you clear the road ahead. Go to the opposite side and throw the amphora again. This will give you access to a new relic, which will give you the skill of a geologist (unfortunately, there is little benefit from it). Now you can return to completing the main quest.

As you follow the plot points, be prepared to encounter big amount enemies. The easiest way is to destroy groups of enemies with Molotov cocktails, and then finish off the survivors with a machine gun or shotgun. Repeat this method several times, don't forget to blow up vehicles with fuel to get rid of some soldiers. At some point you will have to defend the camp. Afterwards you will find yourself under the ice. Once in the water, swim forward a little, and then swim out through a small hole and quietly eliminate one enemy.

Then you need to swim to the far left ice hole and kill all enemies with the help of sent arrows. Then we dive under the water again and swim to the far right hole. Here it will be possible to safely get out onto land. But within a few seconds the enemies will attack you again. Use homemade grenades to quickly deal with them. After destroying all the soldiers, you will see a short video revealing a great secret. Now you can try to enter the lost city.

Planetarium

Find climbable walls and climb up them to the planetarium. Here you have to solve a simple problem. The mechanism should be rotated in such a way as to create a small bridge from it. To do this you will need arrows with a cable. Line up the planets in one line, creating a bridge from them. This will help you cross to the opposite side and climb onto the grated surface.

Once you reach the second floor, remove the supports on both sides to begin rotating the structure. Lara needs to get to the very top. To do this, you need to jump to the very center of the mechanism using a cat. But first of all we get onto the board and hang on the structure with beams. Having killed all the enemies, we move forward and watch a short cut-scene. Afterwards you will find yourself in the Lost City, where the last tomb awaits you.

The Lost City (part one)

Walk forward a little, and then jump into the pond and swim underwater for several tens of meters. You will find yourself in a small crypt with valuables. Next, we advise you to turn around and go back. On the left on the mini-map you will see the entrance to the cave. Enter it and kill the bear with an explosive arrow. In this cave you can find the entrance to a hidden tomb.

Chamber of Exile (Tomb with Trials)

Once you kill the clubfoot, start looking for a wall with cracks. Destroy it with an ice ax and move forward. Take the explosive arrow and use it to create a passage. You will find out exactly where you can make a hole through the gas pipe. Then rotate the two levers using the cable arrows. Run a short distance to the cage with the skeleton and cut the chain. Then wait for the gas to dissipate or simply explode. Now you can try to lift the cage using a crane. You need to turn it straight towards the gate. Next, climb up to the upper ledge again and release some gas by activating the two levers. Explode the gas by shooting a fire arrow at it. Take the relic that gives a bonus to fire damage and continue with the main story quest.

The Lost City (Part Two)

You need to get into the forgotten city, but the path is blocked by massive gates. You should shoot them with a trebuchet. After destroying the first gate, get ready for a difficult fight. We recommend using a rifle at long distances and shooting with a bow in close combat. After destroying all enemies, head to the next trebuchet. You should turn the beam using a cable and climb along it to the opposite side. Hook the bucket to the structure and then rotate it. Don't forget to close the bottom of the bucket with a rope. Next, you need to bring the container to the water and turn it in such a way that the counterweight is directly opposite the ice. Empty the bucket of water by removing the bottom with a string. Leave some water in the bucket and then close the bottom with the rope again. Then jump onto the counterweight. This will help break the ice.

Shoot the gate with the trebuchet. You will only have time to fire one shot - after that your catapult will be destroyed. Therefore, another trebuchet must be used. Near it you will need to kill all the enemies, and then attach the cable to the mount and the boards. Clean the throwing structure and turn the combat vehicle in the desired direction. You are attacked by archers - kill them with a trebuchet. Then blow up the gate and go into the city.

We watch a short video, and then climb the tower. Having risen to a certain height, be prepared for the enemy to hang on you. He can be quickly killed by shooting him in the head with a pistol. We rise even higher and watch the video again. Now you have to fight a boss in the form of a military helicopter. You will need to shoot him with a trebuchet when he comes within shooting range of you. You need to hit it at least three times. Before each shot you will be attacked by crowds of enemies. At this point, the game also advises using instinct [Q] to highlight all active objects in Miss Croft's field of view. IN this moment, she must pull herself up and climb on top of the wooden cage in which the bottles are stored. There you can set fire to an old sail, which for some reason was dragged here along with the mast, from which the fire will spread to a red barrel filled with something flammable. An explosion occurs and the passage becomes open.

Next, Lara is attacked, from which you can fight off by quickly alternating pressing the keys left and right. A wild-looking man with dreadlocks tries to lure the fugitive back, but she does not listen to him and continues to move through the cave. The ceiling is very low, she has to walk on her haunches, and the water reaches her neck. But this even has a small plus: water washes away dried blood and dirt from the novice thief. The new waterfall extinguishes the torch, and the next cave is a puzzle: you need to light the torch, use it to set fire to the sails from the first cage, then set fire to the wooden debris that floated and stopped in front of the grate. Now you need to climb up, into that very first cell. Then it will go down, and the garbage will rise and fall into the second cell. We run to her and push [F]. Lara presses the wound, it opened again after such and such a race. But she will have to go further, along a narrow mountain path, because a storm is approaching and she needs to hide somewhere.

Below, Lara notices part of the ship and the boat abandoned by her comrades. To get to the other side, through the waterfall, you need to walk along an overturned tree trunk. You will never find them all if you strictly follow the game signs. But you can’t say that if you don’t collect them, you’ll miss something. In a word, it's a matter of taste.

Now you need to find one or the other deer. One very quickly showed up further down the creek. We take aim, pull the string so that the arrow flies more accurately, straight to the head, and release. Worried, Lara calls out to them, goes to look for them, but falls into a trap! And that wolf howl! The flock moves closer to attack from the bushes. Remember that you only need to press [F] when two circles intersect. Ahead, Whitman discovered a gate with fresh drawings. Unfortunately, to open them, the lifting mechanism handle is missing.

Therefore, you need to take advantage of the moment and hide in cover. Lara hid behind the wall, waited until the first person with a lantern passed and climbed higher. While the enemies have their backs turned, you can safely run, even at a small distance from them, they are all rather deaf. You need to move higher and higher until a gap is discovered leading to a destroyed building. However, that bastard with a gun finds her here and tries to rape her. You will have to fight back in a difficult QTE, following the instructions on the screen. It is unlikely that you will succeed the first time, but by remembering the sequence, sooner or later you will achieve success. The bastard dies, and Lara vomits and comes to her senses. This was not the kind of adventure she dreamed of.

The village is engulfed in fire, which is unclear who started it. There are still many enemies here, but Lara is now armed with a pistol. You need to go up the street. An unexpected arrow scratches Lara's shoulder. In revenge, she kills both the shooter and his friend. A headshot solves all problems. Doors untouched by fire are visible ahead. We jump onto the stairs and go up. There are two enemies below and one going down the rope ladder. Shot down, he falls down. Lara, on the contrary, must go upstairs. It is becoming increasingly clear that the village has recently been abandoned. There are many bones around the cave, both animal and human. Lara lights a new torch (where does she hide them?) and squeezes inside. The backpack is located in the very depths. More precisely, what was left of him, namely a first aid kit and a radio transmitter. It wasn't difficult to get in, but it wasn't easy to get out with your backpack. The seasoned wolf attacked the thief, but she was able, with great difficulty, to fight him off. It was a glorious battle. It's time to go outside. You can go down quickly using a cable. We need to get back to Rott. Lara bandaged his leg, and after a while he woke up.

It looks like Lara Croft will be the one who will have to climb the mountain and install the distress signal transmitter. She now has an ice ax that replaces the pickaxe. To climb a wall, just go up to it and press the button. You can move not only straight up, but also horizontally. All suitable walls are highlighted in instinct mode. But it’s so disgusting - small parts of bodies, such as palms and heads, are scattered across the floor, as well as bones that have lain here for decades. Having rolled down, Miss Croft found herself in a half-open place, which was strongly blown by the wind. What is very strange is the equipment that remained with her - the savages did not take either a bow or a pistol with a machine gun. They will soon pay dearly for this. In the meantime, we need to move on. One of the corpses still had a shotgun, which Lara now intended to use to make a hole in the fence. It works, but the shot attracted attention, although these people also run away, apparently fearing that huge monster.

Lara notices a helicopter and hobbles towards it to look for a first aid kit. It would be stupid to leave her in the pilot's seat, but who knows. Lara descends into a hole that looks like a sewer, if you can call it that. The water is right under the houses. Voices and torture are heard here, and at the exit the situation of Sammy and the rest of the expedition members, who are kept in a cave under the fortress, is discussed. It’s not at all easy for a wounded girl to fight, and if she falls into a trap, you need to shoot at the mechanism, as you did before. They guard the gate, which is opened by a wheel-shaped lifting mechanism. The gate jammed, but not for long. The light fabric can be set on fire, and now the gate gives way. There is a camp right behind them. We watch as Grim (the helmsman on the Endurance) descends on a cable. Lara goes to his rescue. But it seems that he doesn’t really need her: Grim independently fights off the “bros of the sun.” Now he also calls Lara to climb the stairs after him. Cool old fart, nothing to say! But our goal at the moment is to climb onto one of the cargoes and get over to the other side. Grim appears to have been captured, but Lara will not give up. When everyone who dared to attack her was killed, Grima was used as a hostage. But he managed to kill them all, although he fell into the abyss himself. R.I.P. helmsman from Glasgow, you were really cool. But now Lara must continue to climb towards the palace, alone again.

If only the keepers above didn’t suspect anything... but no, they can’t pass quietly, and Rott enters into a shootout, distracting the islanders from Lara. It seems they are all dead. She climbs onto the bridge... but a guy pounces from behind and they fly down together. Lara grabs the boards and climbs back up. Damn it, wouldn't it have been easier to shoot them all? It's as if Lara is facing outnumbered lemmings for the first time. Now you have to run, jump and dodge an invisible machine gun. All that remains is to cross the river on a rope to meet Sammy. She stands behind an obstacle so armored that even a grenade launcher cannot reach it. Therefore, the friends will have to separate again. Lara will be chosen alone. She climbs the wall of the house and slides down on a rope to the roof of the house opposite. But the most interesting place is the tomb, a cave in the rock on the left. The only difficulty is darkness, so we use instinct to see the road. Garbage needs to be burned, that’s all.

We return to the hunting village. Behind it will be the next control point, guarded by hunters and wolves. This is a cave called the wolf's lair, although human presence is evident. Stairs, doors, cages... with wolves. Indeed, they are bred here. I'd like to kill everyone while they're locked up. Just one shot for each, and experience is also given. It’s so funny: Lara doesn’t leave the shelter, and more and more enemies descend on ropes, one after another, creating a mountain of corpses in the center. Just like the game about “lemmings”, only in reverse. This lasts until the least stupid of them stands behind the machine gun. You can only climb up by jumping over the rubble from the beginning of the road. At the top there will be a rope descent.

In addition to the two bandits, there is also an entrance to a hidden tomb. Behind the door is a military bunker. Inside there is a laboratory where local storms were studied. The floor here is flooded with high voltage water. The procedure is as follows: we set fire to the fastening of the raft, take out the barricade with a shotgun, from the place where it was, pull up the raft twice, move along the raft to the other side, shoot with a rope at the fastening, which lifts up the current source and cross through the water to the other side. The setting sun is red on the horizon; soon the island will be plunged into darkness. There is a camp below. Having made another rope, Lara descended onto a piece of land with a lonely pillar sticking out, from which a rope leads to the ship. She landed on the pipes and rolled down but no one seemed to notice. The huge guy helps the others with dismantling the ship. We'll have to kill them all. Lara is about to make the most epic climb to the roof of the temple, and Matthias is already performing the ritual. He really is magical, and Pimiko's soul is trying to occupy Sammy's body. Lara hurries to stop this from happening. At the same time, Brotherhood fighters will interfere with her. Lara will have to take a lap of honor around the ceremony. Finally, there is an opportunity to kill that big and bad storm guard. You can only evade it by rolling, and the vulnerable point for weapons is the back. Climb the wall, go to the ledge, jump onto the beam, and climb the mountain along it. Kill the enemies and go up the stairs.

Now continue along the path. Distract the guards by shooting a bow at the wall, and then eliminate them. Continue forward until you reach a dead end. Climb into the house through the wall on the left. Shoot down the lantern with an arrow. Go through the opening that appears, quietly kill the guard. Now you just need to get out of the building, reaching the top. There will be hunters on the way, kill them first with a bow. If you are spotted, use your pistol. Climb the rope down from the balcony and run to the end of the path. Climb up through the walls of the gorge.

Continue on your way, there are many guards in front of the entrance to the ruins. It is better to remove the archers from the balcony first, and then the rest. Go up the stairs, then straight ahead and up the wall. Then there are a few more turns and a descent along the rope. Go into the house, turn off the gas in the corner of the left wall near the door, go through the passage next to the pipe, then right. There will be enemies around the corner, quickly jump out and shoot at gas burner. Take the stairs up to the end of the corridor, check into the upper passage on the left wall. Go forward and crawl through the upper passage. Turn on the gas in the room, go back and throw the lamp into the room with gas in the upper passage. Leave the building, straight and left. You are surrounded, the game has slowed down, kill everyone with a machine gun. Head into the building to the control room.

Go down the rope. Open the tanks using the valve, go into the house on the left and get a fire. Light the gasoline. After the cutscene, control Lara's body so that she doesn't crash on the plane's parts.

Slippery slope

Walk forward until you see houses on the cliff. Run and jump forward, grab onto the canvas. Run and jump over cliffs, you need to do everything quickly otherwise you will die. There will be a box hanging to your right, pull it towards you. Use it to climb onto the house, through which you go onto the path. Go further to the cliff. Stand near the pillar and shoot the rope at the marked area. Crawl along the rope across the abyss and move on. Now use your bow and rope to open the door and go through the cave.

Guilt

Go to the cliff, use the bow and rope again to cross the abyss. Then kill two enemies with a bow in the back, and the rest can be done with a pistol. Climb up the stairs, take a running start and, jumping off the cart, grab onto the rope. Now you see blue smoke on the map - you need to go there. You just need to go through several islands using already familiar actions: hook a rope and crawl along it. It's worth noting that there will be enemies on the first island, but they won't see you, so kill them quietly. And at the last one the cable will break and you will need to grab onto the rock with a pickaxe. Now go further through the cave.

Swing using the movement keys and press E. There is a passage in the right wall, go further through it. Having received a shotgun along the way, shoot the obstacles. In the tomb, kill the guards, and then swing the barrel using a bow and rope. Go even further and find yourself on the street. Move carefully; if you start to fall, press E. On the first floor of the bell tower, kill the shield bearer and the guards. Having gone upstairs, a rebus awaits you: open the first window using the lever, swing the barrel using the whip and close the window. Then do the same with the second window. Eliminate the security. Finally, open both windows and push the barrel several times to make the bell fall. Run quickly and jump over obstacles. Exit the cave, follow the path. Eliminate the last enemies and use the familiar pattern to get past another cliff.

Having already reached the helicopter, a couple of bandits will attack you, kill them with a machine gun, or with a bow (there are many shelters nearby). Open the back of the helicopter using the rope.

Road to hell

You now have flaming arrows. The level goes by quickly. Kill all enemies at the beginning, follow to the desired point (look on the map or instinct). Now we need to eliminate a dozen more mercenaries. Open the gate using the lever. Fight off another attack by local residents.

Liberator

Climb the rope onto the house. Ride it up the rope. Jump onto the box, and through it onto another rope. Follow the path further along the rooftops. Kill the guards with fire arrows. Once at the crate carrier, go to the ledge on the edge of the house. Wait until the box arrives, jump on it. Jump onto the house at the end of the path, eliminate the local residents who are in the building opposite. There are a lot of barrels on it, so just shoot them.

Using the cable, get to the location opposite you (where you killed the enemies at the end of the last mission). Continue along the destroyed bridge to the building. Climb it to the second floor and continue your way along the ledges under the huge bridge (sometimes you can fall, so be prepared to press E). The shooting starts, jump on the house in front of you, and then continue running and jumping to the right. When you reach the waterfall, jump onto the rock wall in the left corner and grab onto it. Climb up and continue through the cave. Get out of the bloody river and move towards the exit. Shoot a fire arrow into the gas passage. Then, having passed further, scare away the martyrs with fire and approach the locked door. Open the gas to the left of her and shoot him with a fire arrow. When you see enemies, hide behind the rocks to the right. Wait until they all disperse, kill them silently. Now go up the stairs, open the gas from the red boxes and blow it up. You are on the balcony, there are a lot of guards, so eliminate them using regular arrows. Parallel to you there is another passage along the top, jump onto it and go to the end. Climb up the walls. On the way you will meet a guard, kill him silently. Then shoot a fire arrow at the gas. Follow to the left end of the room, turn the lever at the top using the rope. You will see that the cage will begin to wobble; to swing it more strongly, explode the gas under it. Run forward as quickly as possible (do not take out the arrows with fire), climb into the passage from above near the wall, which will be at the end of the path. It remains to kill the last guards. Everything will be easy, because they do not walk with each other, and there is plenty of gas and barrels of fuel nearby. Watch the video and start saving your friends. Go up the left stairs, open the gas and blow it up. Follow even higher and jump through the hanging platform onto your friends' cage. Reach the end. Pick up ammo and eliminate the enemy squad in the alley; I advise you to use a grenade launcher. Climb up the wall, crawl under the rubble and destroy the wall. Jump on the rope, go into the house, go down and get rid of another wall. Now you need to pass the whole block, but it will be very difficult to do - there are a lot of enemies. Therefore, use grenades more often and shoot as accurately as possible. Again the cutscene and you need to get to the left corner again and climb the wall. Kill the enemies in the building opposite with a grenade and go down to them using a rope, go into the house. The machine gun will open the window, use it to shoot a grenade launcher at the machine gunner. And further down the rope. There are ledges to the right to climb, follow them up, and then climb over the wall into the house. Quickly run up the building and kill enemies on the way; if you hesitate, you will burn.

Get to the helicopter

Jump onto the rope, and then run further across the bridge. Next, the entire mission is completed using acrobatics. You need to quickly get to the top of the building along the paved path.

At the top left, pull the piece of iron, only during the capture you need to press E many times. Jump down and go deep into the ship. Then, after the corridors, you will need to use a rope to get to the other side of the ship, but first kill the guards with a bow or grenades. Follow further, now you need to save Alex: move the hook towards Alex, then right, back and left. Go up the stairs and break the pipe. Now the hook is in the opposite direction and as a result it will go left to the limit, now back, to the right and again to Alex. Use jumps and ropes to quickly leave the ship. Cross another gap with the help of a rope, and now you will find yourself on a building with a cannon. Throw the metal block onto the floor. Now, simply put, you need to return the same way you came. True, the path of ropes needs to be made anew, and the walls need to be broken using a new ability. Talk to your friends on the shore.

Chasing the wind

Break down the freight elevator door and call him. Climb up the walls. Go further and use the rope to reach the ruins ahead. Jump from the stone onto the large barrel, and from it onto the tower. Climb up. Now bring the platforms closer to you using the rope and jump from one to another. Go further through the rope, and then climb up the side walls. Kill the guards. To proceed further, you need to break the elevator, to do this you need to do four actions: 1) Jump onto the barrel, break the nut; 2) Get into the elevator, and in its right corner go into the passage. Go to the fourth floor. In the mine you will see that between the 3rd and 4th floors on the right there is a blocked opening, break it. Call the elevator and at the right moment jump into the opening and through it onto the wall. Climb up the wall to a secret place and break the second nut; 3) Go to the third floor, call the elevator. There is a ledge above the stairs between the 2nd and 3rd floors, jump onto it and break the third nut; 4) Call the elevator again to the fourth floor, and go to the switch to the third. There's a ladder above it. Jump on it and climb up, break the last nut. Now the elevator has broken down and fallen, go down the shaft.

Follow the corridors into the hall and kill the enemies in them quietly. Kill all the guards that appear. Climb onto the platform on the right. Go straight and to the right into the caves, through them you will get out. Using several ropes, make your way to the camp.

Return

Get on the boat. Hook the rope onto the marked area in the right corner. Get into the temple. Walk in it carefully, do not catch the eye of the guards. Set fire to the barrels in the corridor and head through the passage into the hall. Go up the stairs, then through the board you get to the opposite side. Jump onto the left wall and crawl to the center where there is a passage above. Go further through the cave and kill the samurai with a shotgun. Now you are on the street and you need to catch up with Matthias. On the way you just need to kill the sun warriors, and the entrance to the temple needs to be broken with a rope. Now you need to get further out of the hall of torment: open the pit using the lever on the right side, then lift the block on the left side. Close the hole. On the left side, climb even higher and in the center pull the block towards you, break the stones to create a passage and then lower the block down. Jump quickly onto it and while swinging, jump onto the wall. Go further, on the way you will meet a fire - this is the last chance to return back to any location. Continue the pursuit.

You need to climb the rock walls and building debris to the top of the temple. Once you climb up, continue your way to Sammy, you need to kill several squads of enemies. After completing the task, a battle with the main guard of the Sun awaits you: dodge his blows and shoot him in the back. After two or three hits, the enemy kneels, go up to him and press F and then F 2 more times in the QTE. He will die after three such successful attacks. Together with Jonah we go into the house in the cemetery. Inside you can find a pair of documents “Diary of T. Serrano 10” and “Diary of T. Serrano 8”. In the wall next to the second document there will be another "De La Cruz disappears."


Behind the large wall (break) there will be a cross. Behind the wall in the center there will be a painting with angels. On the wall on the side is a painting of a stork.

From the building we climb onto the ledge using a rope, there will be a monolith. For the answer, jump off the ledge and go to the indicated area. We pass through the stones in the corner. We jump down, take the traveler's backpack and the survivalist's cache. The clue to the monolith is located near a large pile of stones.



In a small cave there will be a document "Missionary's Work" and a treasure chest. Now we go to the first tomb. There we complete the additional task.


First crypt

We get there through a chain of crosses in the task “Reveal local secrets.” We find Isabella and the sarcophagus there. There will be clothes in the sarcophagus.





We get out through the hole in the wall (bottom). There will be a mural and a trap. We jump over the trap and take the document “Diary of a Believer.”


Now we go into the narrow passage to the right of the fresco. Here we take the document “Pride”. We jump over the pit with spikes and find another document.








We rise higher and jump over the trap. We go through the tunnel and find the document “Demons” behind the lever. We pull the lever. We jump over to the other side and break the pieces of wood with a bow. We climb the wall and along the ruins of the stairs to the exit.

First tomb

At the entrance we select a document. We go into an ominous cave and swim past a moray eel. We get out to the surface and find a fresco on the left. From here we break the rubble blocking the aqueduct.


We go into the opened cave and swim past predatory fish. We release the raft under water and climb onto the ledge along it. There will be a fire at the top.



We get over the rubble; on the other side you can break the wall and gain access to the fire. First of all, we free two rafts (you will have to dive deeper for the second one). On the second we climb onto the ledge.




We go to the mechanism, select the document “Testimony of T. Serrano” and study the fresco. turn the tap to the right to fill the huge bucket. We connect the wheel and the mechanism above the door. Turn the tap back to start the wheel. But we immediately remove it from the wheel. If you pour water on the wheel for a long time, the rope will break.



We dive down under the wheel and find the survivalist’s cache and the “Primitive Doll” artifact. We swim through the opened gate and take the document “Alush”. At the very top there will be a mural with the “Sip Strike” skill, which increases damage from arrows with a full bowstring. The exit will be near the fire.

Second tomb

We enter the tomb from the forest, where you can hunt. We squeeze through the grate, there will be a fire ahead. Next to the fire is the archivist's map and the Mission of Saint Juan artifact. We go up the steps nearby and take the document “These hills are alive.” On the way to the entrance to the tomb, you can still pick up the geographer's backpack.


We go down, there will be a fire and the document “The Trees of Chechem and Chaka.” We go down on the rope and swing, jump onto the first ledge. To get further, shoot a fiery arrow at the gas. We find the mechanism and release even more gas.


We go down the rope and take the survivalist's cache on the right. We walk along the narrow edge and jump over the cliff. We go further down and through the tunnel. We shoot a fiery arrow at the gas to swing the platform. We quickly jump onto it, and from it onto the far ledge.

First, we go down and take the “World Tree” document. On the right there will be a mechanism that releases gas. We go up, shoot at the gas and jump forward along the platform. Then we jump on the stationary platform and find the fresco.


We rise higher and take the “Primitive Doll” artifact. Nearby we cut the rope holding the platform. We jump on two platforms further and release the gas. We jump onto the far platform, shoot at the gas and climb up on it.


We go to the lower part, shoot at the gas, jump over and climb up. There we free the platform and take the “Primitive Doll” artifact. We go further and open the gas supply. We jump onto the far platform and shoot at the gas. We find ourselves at the bottom and shoot back from the enemies.

We go back upstairs, now the large “swing with platforms” is deployed and you can walk along it to the fresco. We get the “Gift of Kinich-Ahau” skill, which instantly restores health if it is critically reduced. We return along the ropes to the fire.

The Secret City and the Finale

In the Skull Cave we speak with Etzli. This is the point of no return and the end of the game. Fast travel will not work.

We swim through a long underwater tunnel and jump along the ledges. We go down on the rope and jump forward. Then we slide down another rope to the source of the smoke.


We put on a mask and walk through the crowd. Together with new friends we jump to Trinity. We go to the temple.






After the cutscene, a shootout will begin. We get to the armored personnel carrier. On the right we climb up and find a fire. We jump on the rocks and use various beams to cling. It is better not to hang on the wall in one place for a long time, as stones may fall from above.




We break three statues from the back and deal with groups of enemies. After which the battle with the main boss will begin. We shoot at him. When it starts to glow, we approach and attack. We repeat several times until we finally defeat him. We watch a cut-scene with memories from Lara’s childhood and the ending. Now you can go explore the world and collect everything that is left.
