Rahu Dharma is denoted by the inverted Greek letter Omega and speaks of your destiny. Deciphering the natal chart of the house

When we first begin to study astrology, questions immediately arise: where to start analyzing the natal chart (horoscope)? How to read a natal chart yourself? Which card parsing method should I choose? What is the most important thing in a horoscope? How to understand the natal chart? As each astrologer studies, he chooses his own method of analyzing the natal chart. But, of course, there are general rules for parsing a birth chart.

In this article I want to describe my method that I use when reviewing natal charts.

1. Core of the horoscope– Sun in the zodiac sign + Moon in the zodiac sign + Ruler of the Ascendant in the sign (strength of the planet of the ruler of the natal chart).

2. Pronounced elements and crosses, stelliums, zodiac zones, hemispheres.

3. Mars, Venus, Mercury in signs. Each planet is analyzed according to its own principle, but:

Venus is considered in the horoscope in conjunction with the Moon as the planet of emotions. Mars – in conjunction with the Sun, as planets of will. Mercury – in conjunction with the Sun, as an expression of one’s “I”.

4. Jupiter and Saturn in the horoscope, as a way out of the personal “I”. Jupiter as a form of self-expression to gain self-confidence, Saturn as a way of protection and self-preservation.

5. Higher planets in the horoscope– Uranus, Neptune, Pluto. Do they have exact aspects with personal planets and chart angles?

6. Aspects of the planets– harmonious as innate talents and favorable opportunities. Intense as internal conflicts, difficulties, as a motivation to action.

7. Planets in the houses of the horoscope– event level – the strength of the planets in the natal chart.

8. Lunar nodes as a direction to the main purpose in this life.

9 Lilith- temptations to which a person can be exposed.

10. Lunar day. Stars in conjunction with personal planets. Degrees of the Sun, Moon, chart ruler and MC ruler. Pars of Fortune.

11. General synthesis all factors of the natal chart.

Planets and zodiac signs

Personal planets of the horoscope and their aspects in the birth chart characterize the psychological level, i.e. are responsible for our character traits. Undoubtedly, for each of us Sun is the most important planet in the natal chart. The sun is our personality, our Self. The sun is responsible for human consciousness, i.e. shows what the Ego strives for. It is very easy for a person to tell, in accordance with the zodiac sign in which the Sun is located, what basic traits he possesses. Therefore, the description of the solar signs of the zodiac is suitable for almost all people. Moon personifies our subconscious, innate habits. Sometimes it is difficult for a person to understand what his soul is really asking for; this will be especially true if Sun Moon in the birth chart they will be in incompatible zodiac signs or in tense aspects to each other. Moon and Sun need to be considered first, because this is the basic core of personality. Next we need to consider ruler of the Ascendant, what zodiac sign he is in. Zodiac sign of the ascendant itself shows the superficial manifestation of a person, how he carries himself into the world, some features of appearance, but not deep convictions. Let’s analyze the strength of the card’s ruler: if he is in monastery or exaltation, it means that the person will feel more confident in life, and if he is in exile or in decline, then the person will have to overcome more difficulties.

Mercury in the horoscope are responsible for the mind, the characteristics of the intellect, for how we perceive and transmit information. Mercury never moves away from the Sun by more than one zodiac sign, i.e. it depends on the Sun, so Mercury must be considered only in conjunction with the Sun. If Mercury is in the same sign as the Sun, then it will enhance the manifestation of the solar zodiac sign, and if it is in a sign nearby, Mercury will give some features in accordance with the zodiac sign.

The birth chart is responsible for the ability to love and our needs for feelings. Venus. Venus does not depart from the Sun by more than two signs of the zodiac, just as Mercury depends on it, and must be considered taking into account the solar sign of the zodiac. Venus and the Moon are feminine planets, so they can be considered as planets of emotions. Mars- this is our physical energy, activity and will. Mars is associated with the sphere of instincts and indicates how a person acts based on his spontaneous needs, how he defends his rights. Mars is also responsible for sexuality, the stronger it is, the more need for sex(you also need to look at the zodiac sign of Venus, the Sun, the 5th, 8th houses and their rulers). The strength of Mars is very important, you can read about it here - ANDindividual behavior model

Jupiter and Saturn are between the personal and superior planets. Jupiter determines our views on life, our worldview. It shows through what we desire social fulfillment, i.e. our going beyond the limits of the personal “I”. Jupiter is our desire to expand our personality through education, travel, spiritual growth, religion, ideology, faith in something. Saturn lowers us from heaven to earth into reality, and is opposite in meaning to Jupiter. Jupiter is expansion, and Saturn is contraction and limitation. Saturn in the horoscope shows our method of protection and self-preservation, what type of reliability we need in life - spiritual and emotional reliability (water), material (earth), individual (fire) or social and intellectual (air), depending on what element it is in Saturn. Saturn is our fears. A person is afraid of something and wants to build a reliable structure in some area.

It is necessary to understand what characteristics the zodiac signs give to the planets. Whether the planet is in its own zodiac sign or not. For example, for the Moon, the water element is more suitable, except for Scorpio. In the fire element, the Moon will manifest itself inadequately, it will be too excited and tense. In the air element, the Moon will also be good, but for example, the zodiac signs Aquarius and Gemini will give an emphasis on personal freedom. The earth element inclines the Moon to evaluate itself in accordance with the work done, especially Virgo and Capricorn, and in Taurus the Moon feels stability and peace. Of course, you still need to look at the aspects of the Moon. If there are many tense aspects, then such a person will be restless, or irritable, or conflicted, etc., depending on which planet aspects the Moon. We analyze other personal planets in the same way.

We consider the Sun, Moon and the ruler of the Ascendant, then all the personal planets. Moving on to the description in the zodiac signs and houses of Jupiter, Saturn and the Higher planets, we interpret them without deviating from the basis of a person’s personality (personal planets). In this article you can read a more detailed description of how to consider planets in zodiac signs - Planets in zodiac signs in the natal chart - how to correctly understand, interpret, analyze? Functions of planets in zodiac signs, and this section describes planets in signs - Planets in zodiac signs

For the Higher planets in the horoscope, the most important thing is the house, and not the zodiac sign. The zodiac sign in which Uranus, Neptune and Pluto are located are the characteristics of generations. The zodiac sign for the Supreme planet will be important if it is the ruler of the angular houses. If the Higher planet rules the 1st house, then its influence will manifest itself only with age. For example, Asc in Aquarius. In young years, Saturn will act as a ruler and determine the behavior of the native, and with age the influence of Uranus will manifest itself. This may also be typical for the ruler of the MC.

Elements.

It is necessary to determine which element is expressed and which is a deficiency. Water and Fire are the most powerful elements, Earth and Air are more inert, stable elements. Fire and Air are masculine, compatible elements. Earth and Water are feminine, compatible elements.

Excessive fire in the map will make a person active, active, in tense aspects conflicting, in extreme cases aggressive. The person is likely to be ambitious, confident and optimistic. With a negative option, selfishness is possible (especially Leo, Aries) and greater changeability and impulsiveness in ideas and desires (Sagittarius, Aries).

Lack of fire will make a person more calm, patient, in the negative version, unsure of himself, passive. A person may be afraid to express himself.

Excessive water will give greater emotionality, sensitivity, empathy, in the negative version, hysteria, energy vampirism. It is very difficult for such a person to control and restrain his emotions.

Lack of water The positive effect is that a person does not get too emotionally involved in situations and, as a result, worries less and recovers from stress faster. But such a person rarely listens to his intuition and does not have empathy.

Excess of land characteristic of materialistic-minded people (especially Taurus and Capricorn). Such people stand firmly on their feet, can make long-term efforts to achieve their goals, they do not have their head in the clouds. On the other hand, they can be insensitive people and inveterate conservatives who are only interested in their career and material accumulation.

Lack of land leads to impracticality, but it can be expressed in different ways. In some cases, impracticality will lie in the fact that a person does not know how to save at all, does not value things, although the material side of life may even be of great interest to a given person (pronounced 2 or 8 houses). In another option, the person will be an ascetic - he will be of little interest in everything material, he can live in very simple conditions and will be satisfied. There is also a third option for impracticality - a person leaves everything for a rainy day, i.e. he exhibits materialism. He acquires things and does not use them, as a result, all things become unusable over time and it turns out that the money was wasted and the things were not useful, this is also a kind of manifestation of asceticism. The third option may appear if fixed signs, Cancer, are expressed and the earth element is absent.

Excessive air will make a person sociable, but will also endow him with a great love of freedom and changeability not only in mood, but also in feelings. Especially if the signs Gemini and Aquarius are expressed. If the sign of Libra is expressed in the map, then such a person will be non-conflict, willing to compromise, and in the negative version, a hypocrite.

Lack of air will make a person too subjective. Such a person will not be able to fully communicate, i.e. It will be difficult for others to convey their ideas to him, because... Such people mostly hear only themselves.

If there is a deficiency of any element, it is necessary to evaluate which element is most pronounced and draw appropriate conclusions from this.

The elements of the zodiac signs are the elements of fire, air, water, earth. Astrology - the power of desire and achievement in life

Cardinal cross Libra, Cancer, Aries, Capricorn are the most primary manifestations of the elements. The cardinal cross is characterized by action at the level for which the element is responsible. Relationships, communication - air, emotions, self-absorption - water, activity, self-expression - fire, material achievements - earth. There is no common line of behavior among the signs here.

Fixed cross Leo, Aquarius, Scorpio, Taurus are the slowest to change. With the severity of this cross, people are not inclined to change, which also applies to feelings (except for Aquarius). Such people can achieve their goals for a long time and persistently. These are stubborn and persistent people.

Mutable cross– Sagittarius, Pisces, Virgo, Gemini. People of this cross can adapt to circumstances and adapt to others. In the negative version, people with a pronounced mutable cross rarely change anything, but they have plenty of plans. They want to do both this and that, but in the end there can only be one plan. With a positive option, such people can have many seemingly incompatible activities and will be very talented in many ways. It must be remembered that the mutable cross is the weakest manifestation of the elements.

Hemispheres.

Expressed Upper hemisphere in the horoscope, i.e. when most or all planets are above the horizon - from the 7th to 12th houses. Such people are mainly focused on external realization in life. They can be famous people, politicians, scientists, actors, travelers, etc. If at the same time the zodiac signs Libra, Scorpio, Sagittarius, Capricorn, Aquarius, Pisces are also expressed, then such a person will have late realization. All important events are likely in the second half of life; it will be more eventful than the first.

Expressed The lower hemisphere in the horoscope, i.e. when most or all planets are below the horizon - from the 1st to the 6th house. Such a person in life is most focused on family, making money, children, communicating with relatives, etc. Such people have less ambition and often lack the desire for power. If the zodiac signs are Aries, Taurus, Gemini, Cancer, Leo and Virgo, then all the most important events will happen in youth, i.e. the first half of life will be more eventful.

Expressed Eastern hemisphere in the horoscope, i.e. when most or all planets are located near the ascendant - 1,2,3,10,11,12 houses. A person relies more on himself, achieves everything in life on his own, often does not listen to advice, but acts as he considers correct.

Expressed Western hemisphere in the horoscope, i.e. when most or all planets are located near the descendant - 4,5,6,7,8,9, houses. Such a person is focused on other people. He needs the support and approval of others. And other people have a certain influence on a given person throughout life.

Houses of the horoscope

You need to understand what each house is responsible for. Next, consider how the planets act when they fall into different houses - the event sphere.

1 house– characteristics of a person’s character, appearance, and personal qualities. The ruler of any house, falling into the 1st house, will be a significant indication that this sphere goes directly to the person, which means that it is important for him.

2nd house- talents, how a person can earn a living. Material sphere.

3rd house- our immediate environment. Neighbors, acquaintances, brothers, sisters, distant relatives. Travel and movement. Transport. All types of information. Initial training, various courses. If the 3rd house is expressed in the chart, the person is surrounded by many people, most likely, such a native will be sociable.

4th house– home, family, parents. The beginning and end of a person’s life, i.e. childhood and old age. Real estate, land, human homeland. The 4th house is the house of the Moon and it is responsible for our deep habits; at home we cannot constantly play certain roles and restrain ourselves; at home we behave naturally. There is no clear rule in astrology whether father or mother goes through the 4th house. I believe that the more authoritative parent is the 10th house. If the function of the mother is performed by the father - he cares for the child, and the mother provides for the family and builds a career, then the father will correspond to the 4th house, and the mother to the 10th. And if the family is traditional patriarchal, then the mother is the 4th house, the father is the 10th house.

5th house– love, flirting, children, hobbies, sports, creativity, games, social masks, theater. This house, in my opinion, is responsible for the gifts that are given to us from above. Creative talents, children, the fruits of our creativity (our “children”, in a way), and love - we can receive all this as a reward.

6th house– work, daily responsibilities, illness, general mood, difficult circumstances, serving others. Our health directly depends on our mood, whether a person is an optimist or a pessimist. Worries and workload with daily activities and work can lead to illness. When the 6th house is very pronounced in the chart, such people mainly live for the sake of others, they have practically no personal ambitions. Especially if both the chart ruler and the Sun are in this house, and if most of the planets are below the horizon.
7th house– all types of partnerships. Our business and marriage partners. Our enemies, opponents. Planets in the 7th house describe the types of partners who are attracted to us and whom we would like to see nearby.

8th house– crises, dangerous situations, death, sex, occultism. “Other people’s money” - loans, credits, taxes, money from a marriage or business partner, inheritance, common money in business, in politics.

9th house– religion, ideology, philosophy. Travel, abroad. Education. Churches. The 9th house is responsible for our worldview, what we believe in. If the 9th house is expressed in the chart, a person can expand his horizons, either through travel or through knowledge.

10th house– career and all the highest achievements in life. Planets, as lords of houses, falling in the 10th house are very important. Those areas for which these planets are responsible will be significant in a person’s life; in these areas, a person will have ambitions and a great desire to be realized. For example, Venus is responsible for the 4th house and the 11th, and is located in the 10th - a person really wants to have a comfortable and beautiful home, and social fulfillment is also important.

11th house- social status, friends, groups of like-minded people, patrons. Freedom, plans and dreams. With a pronounced 11th house, a person’s life most likely passes in plain sight, surrounded by a large number of people. Such people often have many friends and acquaintances. Probably stubbornness in ideas and unwillingness to fetter one’s freedom.

12th house– solitude, charity, secrets, secrets, security institutions. When the 12th house is pronounced, there are many closed areas in a person’s life; even close people do not know everything about it. Such a person may find it difficult to express his feelings, especially if the Moon or Venus falls in the 12th house. Or it’s difficult to fully understand yourself if the Sun is in the 12th house. But on the other hand, he will be comfortable being alone with himself, he will always be able to occupy himself with something. And from time to time a person needs peace and solitude to restore his strength. He may get tired of socializing or when he often has to be in public. If the North Node is in the 12th house, then the person is destined to spend some time in life in solitude. This is not necessarily a prison or a hospital. Perhaps the person will live in a sparsely populated city or village. Or the person will simply be uncommunicative and withdrawn by nature, but this does not mean that the person experiences discomfort. After all, all self-restraints occur by the will of the person himself, and not by coercion. Perhaps others will not understand his lifestyle, and they may think of him as an unhappy person. Of course, if the 12th house is affected, there may be forced isolation, but illnesses will also occur if the 6th house is affected, and prison can be due to many other factors, even not related to the 12th house.

To indicate imprisonment You need to look at human psychology first. In the charts of prisoners who have committed murder, the Sun is often afflicted by Pluto, Mars, plus tense aspects of Mercury and Pluto, Mars and Pluto, i.e. aspects of cruelty. Theft and fraud - afflicted by Mercury, especially by Mars - I take whatever I want, expressed by Lilith (in conjunction with the Sun, Mercury, on the cusp of the 4th house). Mercury was traditionally responsible for thieves. In prisoners, the ruler of the 4th house is often found in the 12th or 6th, pronounced 11th and 3rd houses. And if you find these instructions in your chart or the chart of your relatives, then for final conclusions - whether a person can end up in prison - check the stars in conjunction with personal planets and with the planets ruling angular houses, especially MC and Asc. If there are many negative stars, such as Algol, Etamine, Sinistra, Bellatrix, Aldebaran, Fegda, Mizar, etc. and plus other indications, then prison may be likely. Also, to clarify, you need to look at the degrees of the planets; it is better to use the Teboic calendar for this.

After we have figured out what the houses of the horoscope are responsible for, let’s move on to the event part.

Ruler of Asc and MC, look at what house they are in - characteristic of their nature or not, in the corner or not (whether a person is able to achieve a lot in life). The rulers of the 1st and 10th houses, in which houses they are, are the main areas in life.

In terms of events, according to the position in the houses, personal planets can be analyzed as follows:
Where the Sun and Leo are- important areas in a person’s life.
Where the Moon and the zodiac sign are Gemini– a lot of changes, instability of the situation. Where is the moon– a person rests there, he is drawn there subconsciously.
Where is Mercury– a person’s intellect is directed into this area, what his mind is occupied with.
Where Venus is- It’s nice to be there for a person.
Where is Mars– struggle, quarrels, conflicts, especially if affected. In what area is a person ready to invest his energy?
Where is Jupiter– expansion of opportunities, desire for self-realization through this area.
Where is Saturn– difficulties, delays, restrictions, in this area you need protection and reliability, with good aspects, success with age.
The sun for a woman is father, husband. For a man - a father. The moon for a woman - what kind of mother, wife she is, for a man - characterizes his mother, wife.

3. Aspects of the planets

The more intense the aspects, the more contradictory the personality will be and the more energy will need to be invested in achieving goals. But the motivation to action will be stronger. With very harmonious cards, it often happens that a person does not want to invest energy for self-realization; such a person may be characterized by laziness, and he does not want to develop his talents. It’s good when the birth chart has both harmonious and intense aspects.

The more accurate the orb of an aspect, the more pronounced the energy of this aspect is in a person’s character.

Each aspect has a psychological and event level. For example, the Sun, the ruler of the 7th house, is square to Saturn, the ruler of the 12th house in a woman’s chart. The psychological level of this aspect is self-doubt in young years, fear of expressing one’s “I”, fears. And from the event side - difficult relationships with the father, delays and obstacles in marriage. The marriage partner may be a former prisoner, or the marriage may be prevented by the partner's incarceration or other obstacles. Perhaps he will simply disappear before the wedding, or some unpleasant, hidden facts about him will be revealed. If the Sun is in the 10th house and Saturn is in the 7th house, then this may indicate that the native’s parents will be negatively disposed towards the native’s partner, and that there will be difficulties in concluding an official marriage. The ruler of the 7th house in the 10th may indicate that the native wants a prominent, higher position marriage partner, that in the profession the native will interact with many clients, etc. And all other aspects of the birth chart should also be considered.

We mainly look at the psychological level by planets in signs and aspects, and the event level by planets in houses and by aspects connecting certain houses. But the psychological level can also be traced by the planets in the houses. For example, Venus in the 12th house - such a native will enjoy spending time in solitude, he will always find something to do with himself, it will also be difficult for him to show his feelings, he will be reserved (you need to look at the sign of Venus)

Natal chart, what is it and why is it needed?

Natal chart, what is it and why is it needed?

Let's start from afar, and pay attention to what psychology and astrology are, just a few paragraphs. So, psychology, according to Wikipedia, is a science that studies the processes and patterns of mental activity. Psychology is understandable and in demand. And what is astrology, according to the same source - it is a medieval teaching that helps predict the future. This is a very narrow definition, which shows that Wikipedia is not aware of what astrology is. I’ll try to fix this and make astrology understandable and in demand.

So, astrology is a science that studies the processes (including psychological) of a person’s interaction with himself, with another person, with society, based on a thousand-year study by astrologers of the interaction of celestial bodies and humans. In astrology, the celestial body symbolically designates one or another part of the body, psychological structure, event in a person’s life and puts all this into his fate, while fate is not fatal.

In astrology, there are statistics that provide an understanding of how one or another psychological structure of a person creates his character and life events. This is exactly how predictions are made. Sometimes they remind me of the old cartoon “Vovka in the Far Away Kingdom,” where Vasilisa the Wise, before creating a miracle, needs to correctly calculate everything. Predictions are not made out of thin air; the astrologer must first have a good understanding of your psychology (according to the astro-aspects in your natal chart) in order to make this prediction. The most important thing that astrology gives is the ability to interact with nature, with its forces, energies, egregors. You take your path, feel it, fall into your flow, false beliefs about life and personality are removed, you feel comfortable! Here I always add that by “get on your path” - astrology does not mean flying into a psychedelic field, astrologers are down-to-earth individuals and our goal is to help you stand firmly on the ground, but interact with your higher principle.

Where does a consultation with an astrologer begin? From the construction and interpretation of an individual natal chart.

What is a natal chart and how is it made? To create a natal chart, you need the date of birth, place of birth and exact time of birth (up to several minutes). You tell the astrologer the time of birth, according to the tag, certificate (for those born abroad) or “as mom remembers,” and the astrologer already finds the most accurate time of birth. This is called rectification. If an astrologer does not rectify, then he will not give you an accurate forecast.

It is very difficult to find the exact minute; as a rule, the degree of birth is found (several minutes) - this is enough for a full astrological consultation. These data are included in the latest astrological program; the astrologer does not make a natal chart with his hands and using a compass, although, probably, there is something magical in this “medieval” format, but not in our time. The program displays your natal chart (personal horoscope). The natal chart is never interpreted electronically, only “manually”.

The map contains the position of celestial bodies, stars and other astrological symbolism in certain zodiac signs, degrees, houses, at the moment of your birth (the moment of the cry). This is what the astrologer interprets. The natal chart contains a large amount of information (in layers), it cannot be read at one time, so astrologers read their personal charts all their lives, and for people who come to us for consultation, we make annual forecasts or “predictions” on a specific topic , that is, we actually look at how your natal chart matures and grows with you. For us it is a living being.

What an astrologer can tell you during an initial consultation, that is, as a result of the interpretation of the natal chart.

The first thing an astrologer pays attention to– your psychological structure. For example, aspects that give generosity or spiritual arrogance can give power - a position of power or fame. Now I won’t go into why this is so; I describe these things in detail during written consultations. Here you just need to understand that character trait = place and event in life.

Accordingly, the first thing you get is your psychological portrait, built not on general psychological principles, but describing you specifically: from internal contradictions, hot temper, cruelty, gentleness, stubbornness, to such serious structures as bipolar disorder. For a psychological portrait, the astropsychologist gives recommendations on how to work with this or that character trait. When ordering a natal chart, you must take into account that it is impossible to consider your entire life at one time or solve all life problems in one consultation. Working with an astrologer is like working with a psychologist; you decide to take charge of yourself and your life - take time for it.

Your Natal Chart Reveals Complex Aspects of Your Personality. Yes, people feel them themselves, and, as a rule, they come to an astrologer precisely at the moment when they want to understand how to work with it. The map shows the resource aspects of your character and its problems. Let me give you an example: you have a square between Mars and the Sun. This gives a hot-tempered and pugnacious character. It seems like a small thing. But you can flare up over a trifle, and immediately “de-energize” yourself with this. In your personal horoscope, this pair of planets controls certain houses, spheres of life, and, therefore, when you, due to your temper, spend a lot of energy, the flow of energy into the spheres controlled by these planets is blocked. This can drag on for years! A person can ruin his career and personal life. Or maybe you just understand how to use the aspect for your own benefit. Square the Sun and Mars - this is an athlete! :)

The natal chart shows your path, the basic need in life. Its interpretation can be useful in situations when you are confused and do not understand which direction to move, and also when you need some confirmation that you are on the right path. At the same time, in my opinion (and according to experience), a person often changes direction during his life, but feels most comfortable in the area that is indicated in his map as the most favorable for his development. Therefore, I am surprised when a person says that a horoscope is stupid, he himself knows where to go even without “all sorts of horoscopes.” This is funny because it is the same as saying that you are stupid and a mistake of the universe, because the natal chart is your projection.

It is generally accepted that the natal chart is the starting conditions of real life, you must definitely improve yourself in those areas that are expressed as the most difficult. It is recommended to “heal” these areas with life experiences, and then your next life will begin with a better start! Tempting, isn't it? This is not even occultism, in my opinion, it is logical. We were born with a matriculation certificate from a past life and in order to get a better one in subsequent incarnations, we need to work a little. Yes, when contacting an astrologer, it is better to accept the fact that life is not alone.

You could say that the natal chart is a forecast for life. It will give an understanding of how life events will develop. For example, I recently had a consultation during which I wrote to the native (the card of the person I was considering) that he has the probability of living in two cities, two countries, and having two houses. And it was precisely these events that man tried to avoid, believing that he had to live in only one place.

The natal chart gives answers to questions about relationships with the opposite sex. What needs to be corrected in order to fix them, if necessary. Your partner (wife/husband) - you can see whether he is your nationality or not, what his income is, his character, where you can meet him, what awaits you. These questions can be answered quite accurately.

The map shows your financial situation. What resource you have to have a regular income determines your sources of income.

Gives instructions on whether you will live your life in the country where you were born or whether there is a resource for emigration?

Indicates what educational opportunities are available, in which area it is better to receive it - especially good for consultations on children.

Shows career "characteristics" and your personal talents, from which you can determine the most suitable profession that matches your horoscope and current reality.

You can see your abilities and capabilities to create your own business or a career in government agencies, or working from home is more suitable for you.

Natal chart does not answer the question about the number of children. But it can show that there will be one child, several or many children.

As a rule, when a person satisfies his social needs, he begins to be interested in more "advanced" work with the help of astrology. This is an adjustment of your destiny when you build your life according to internal needs and personal requests and use astrological aspects as energy that helps you build everything in the right flow. Because fate is not fatal and can be corrected.

What question does the natal chart answer? won't give an exact answer? To the question “when?”"When I get married?" “When will I have a baby?” “When will I buy a house?” - these questions are answered by forecasts for each year in the natal chart.

How else can you work with a natal chart? Using annual forecasts:

They help you build a direction, get used to yourself, understand yourself, and better feel the influence of planetary energies. In confusing and difficult situations they really help to feel comfortable in your life. There is also a very fun method of astrological correction of fate - this is meeting your birthday in a certain city, when the astrologer selects for you a place where you go and meet your new solarium (new birthday) there, in connection with which, some events in life change in a positive direction. Order a solar horoscope:

How long does it take to make a natal chart? I prefer to take a few days (up to three days) and do it slowly, as the information is revealed gradually. Also, the production time depends on the complexity of your chart and the state of the astrologer. It is very important. Astrology is still an occult thing, working with symbolism, with fate, albeit with the help of the latest programs and astronomical data. Therefore, the astrologer must be in good health to work with you. An astrologer’s good mood and positive outlook on the world is the key to a healthy interpretation of your natal chart!

The most important thing is to remember about interpretations. The entire map must be considered as a whole. The natal chart is replete with sometimes contradictory pieces of information about a person. If you are interested in how to decipher the natal chart yourself, then remember that each fragment should be considered as part of a single whole.

This means that you cannot take one piece of a chart (for example, Mercury in Sagittarius) and decide that it determines a person's entire character and destiny. If you do this, you will undoubtedly be wrong. Of course, you will be tempted to settle on one planetary signification or another. This is a big mistake. For example, let's say two people have Mercury in Sagittarius (denoting talkativeness). You might be tempted to assume that both people are outspoken and talkative. But, let's say, the first one has and the second one has the Sun in Sagittarius. Although they both have the first person (Sun in Capricorn) will have a much calmer communication style than the second person

As mentioned above, if you are interested in how to decipher the natal chart, then you must remember that you need to consider it as a whole. Yes, by all means consider all the individual interpretations of each planet in its sign and house. But then you have to weave it all together into a single picture, referring to the Rising Sign in the natal chart.

It is as if each of us were a mosaic made up of small individual images. In a natal chart, each individual planet in a sign and house is like one tiny individual image, one tiny piece of the whole mosaic. Now two different completed mosaics, if you look close enough, may contain tiny pieces that are the same, but they are also parts of two completely different completed mosaics (this point is illustrated by the example of Mercury in Sagittarius above). Although the mosaics contain similar pieces, the final products are unlike anything else. If it is important for you to know how to correctly decipher your natal chart, then remember the old proverb: “Don’t judge a book by its cover.”

Thus, the job of an astrologer is to take all the fragments of personality in the natal chart and synthesize them into a single whole. A surprisingly accurate portrait of a person appears.

Decoding planets in signs

Look at your natal chart and note what sign and house each planet is. Also note the sign of the Ascendant (Rising Sign) in which the ruler of the Ascendant is located.

Now, if you are wondering how to decipher your natal chart, you can look at the interpretation of each of your planets and rising sign. Once you sense the underlying energy of each planet and the objective qualities of each sign, you can incorporate your own subjective understanding of its meaning into the chart reading.

The zodiac sign will show how the planet manifests itself. Previously, astrologers compared signs to stained glass windows through which the planet is expressed. See if this analogy helps: Imagine a sentence with a verb and an adverb. The planet is the "verb" and the zodiac sign is the "adverb". For example, the Moon (feeling, nurturing, reacting) in the sign of Capricorn (restraint, coldness) denotes a person who comforts others in a cold and reserved way or has difficulty expressing emotions. If you know how to compile and decipher a natal chart, then it should be obvious to you that this is not the best place for the Moon.

Determination of astrological house

Another point to remember is that the planet in the sign will be house centered. This means that the activities indicated by the planet will take place in the arena of your life, indicated by the house in which that planet manifests. Don't forget that each home represents an area of life - that is, work, home, friendship, etc. If you are interested in understanding how to decipher a natal chart, then remember that the Planet is the “what,” the zodiac sign is the “how,” and the “house” is the “where.”

Why is the astrological house so important?

Imagine that a person has in the 7th house, which can manifest as a conservative approach (Capricorn) to love relationships (7th House). But let's say this same person has Venus in Sagittarius in the 11th house. This person will be friendly and helpful (Sagittarius) in life situations and social groups (11th house), but also carefree and distant (though reliable) in love relationships (Saturn in Capricorn in the 7th house).

Astrology is a powerful tool for understanding those seemingly contradictory tendencies we all have. The birth chart tells it all. If you strive to understand how to decipher the natal chart, then over time you will be able to decipher all the contradictory details displayed on it.

Planet ruling house

Another influence on each house (in every aspect of life) is the ruling planet of the house. The ruling planet of each house in your natal chart is the one that rules the sign on the threshold. For example, if you have Capricorn in the 7th house, then Saturn is the Ruler of your 7th house because Saturn rules Capricorn. As a result, Saturn will have influence in matters of your 7th house, regardless of which house Saturn is actually placed in. The sign on each cusp of a house shows its attitude towards its issues, while the planets in the house show real circumstances. For example, Capricorn in the 7th house indicates caution in forming partnerships. On the other hand, Saturn in the 7th house can indicate current problems arising in a partnership and marriage. If you want to know how to decipher a natal chart using an example, then understanding these subtle differences will help you a lot.

Aspects of the planets

Don't forget about aspects. If you try to make an interpretation without taking into account the aspects, you will never understand how to decipher the natal chart. The interpretations for each planet, as well as sign and house, must be modified depending on the nature of the aspects. Aspects can soften things and bring lightness, as well as bring conflict with other planetary places. Aspects stimulate planets.

Difficulties in deciphering aspects

Each planet has both easy and difficult (or positive and negative) manifestations. For example, the energy of the Sun can be expressed both through generosity and creativity, and through proud arrogance, as well as an excessive desire to be special. Aspects from other planets indicate whether energies will be expressed easily and positively (if they receive trines and sextiles) or with struggle and conflict (if they receive squares or oppositions). Again, interpreting a natal chart without taking aspects into account is incorrect or at least incomplete.

The most important aspects

Immediately pay attention to alliances with any of the four corners (this means alliances with the Ascendant). When a planet conjuncts one of the angles, that planet's influence may be the strongest influence in the chart. The person will identify very strongly with the features of this planet.

Also pay attention to the alliances made by the outer planets (Uranus, Neptune and Pluto) with the inner ones (Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus and Mars). These unions will radically change the interpretation of the inner planet, adding unique qualities to it. A conjunction with Uranus adds rebellion and innovation, a conjunction with Neptune adds confusion or sadness, as well as inspiration and a magical aura, and a conjunction with Pluto adds strength to a person, but can turn into terrible and frightening events for his life. You should remember this if you are interested in how to decipher the natal chart yourself using an example.

For example, a Leo Sun person who has Pluto in their chart, making the Sun aspect very “Plutonian” in spirit. This man would be one of the most silent and secretive Leos known to astrology.

Rising sign - Sagittarius

Sagittarius Rising is a masculine and fiery sign, symbolized by the archer. It indicates the active, direct and noble character of a person striving for a great goal or defending some good cause. Sagittarians are principled and make good parents and teachers.

Usually these are healthy, cheerful, fair, serious and spiritual people, with an open soul, generous, working for the spiritual uplift of others. They have knowledge in the field of philosophy and have good foresight. They are modest, impulsive, enthusiastic, love to travel and hate hypocrisy.

Their appearance: full figure, happy smile, brown hair, elongated face, large nose and ears. Their behavior is restrained, consistent with generally accepted traditions, but at the same time they are enterprising. They make good businessmen and officials, since they strive for power, but do not allow dishonesty when using it. They are able to overcome the resistance of their opponents. People with Sagittarius ascendant can sacrifice themselves for the good of others, finding good fortune abroad, or far from the place where they were born.

People belonging to this sign will know the laws and scriptures, they can become good leaders and guides for people who are pure in heart. There are often quarrels in their families, and they sacrifice their love of comfort for the sake of working for the benefit of humanity. They have good self-control, but they lose their money. They are brave and virtuous, but suffer from the opposition of envious people. They are highly respected by scientists and noble people, live long, and their lives are pure.

I have several articles on this topic. They can be read in this order:

Today we can take a closer look at some of the principles of deciphering the natal chart.

There are only 9 planets. It will not be difficult for you to remember them if you link them into an associative series. In particular, the Sun is associated with Sunday, the Moon is associated with Monday, etc. In English it is even simpler, because there the names of days are associated with the planets. Sunday - Sunday (San - sun), Monday - Monday (moon - moon).

Sunday - Sun

Monday - Moon

Tuesday - Mars, Ketu

Wednesday - Mercury

Thursday - Jupiter

Friday - Venus

Saturday - Saturn, Rahu

This way you will quickly remember them. Now question next: 7 planets + two ascending nodes (Rahu and Ketu), and houses in natal chart 12. How to distribute the government between the planets and houses? 12 cannot be divided by 7. So, figuratively speaking, 12 apartments need to be distributed among 7 owners.

We came to a simple solution. The Sun was allocated one house, the Moon was also allocated one house, and the remaining 5 planets rule two houses each. This is how this section was resolved.

Now we will divide the map into two halves, upper and lower. Two groups are formed. One group (top) belongs Moon, the other group (lower) belongs To the sun.

This is approximately the distribution of them by home and by responsibilities.

Planets have happy and unlucky situation:

Each of them can be in a happy mood, unhappy, gloomy or cheerful. Also, planets can be in a joyful, upbeat mood or, conversely, be in grief and sadness. I've heard this comparison of signs in natal chart– it’s like rooms painted different colors. Different colors of rooms can evoke one or another mood in us.

There are 5 categories in decoding the natal chart

1. Planet in exaltation (delighted)

2. Planet in own sign (house planet)

3. Planet in mulatrikona (planet performing duties at work)

4. Planet in a neutral sign

5. Planet in a hostile sign

6. Planet in fall

Here's another analogy:

An analogy can help to understand the subtle differences between swakshetra (one's own house), exaltation and moolatrikona.

The planet's own home- (eg Pisces for Jupiter) - looks like your own home. Everyone feels most natural and comfortable at home.
Planet in mulatricone(eg Sagittarius for Jupiter) - looks like your own office. The person there performs formal work and his duties. Any person is strong and significant when he performs his duties in the office that belongs to him. The exaltation of a planet (eg Jupiter in Cancer) is like a fun holiday or a picnic. The person is excited and always in high spirits, celebrating something. So a planet in exaltation is like an excited person at the moment of greatest excitement and fun.
Signs fall of the planet(eg Capricorn for Jupiter) - seems like a very unpleasant technique. A weakened planet is like a miserable man held in a place he hates.
Jupiter is a sattvic and dharmic teacher. Jupiter, the ethereal planet of perception, intelligence and wisdom, feels most comfortable in the sattvic sign of Pisces, the 12th house of the natural zodiac. This is his home. However, he must also uphold dharma (law, religion). It is his duty to uphold dharma. Whether he likes it or not, he has to do it. And fiery Sagittarius, the 9th house of the natural zodiac, its mulatrikona. Jupiter in Sagittarius is like the "raja purohita" (high priest of the king). He must sometimes make a firm decision to uphold the dharma (as in cases of death sentences according to the same dharma). In Pisces, he is like a peaceful Brahmin conducting puja (worship) in his home. In watery Cancer, the 4th house of the natural zodiac, Jupiter is exalted, more of a thinker and scientist (Water, 4th house).
In tamasic and earthly Capricorn, the 10th house of the natural zodiac, Jupiter hates the tamasic and clearly defined karma being performed (action, 10th material house). It's against his nature. The distinct tamasic karma being carried out may be purifying (joyful) with the tamasic planets Mars and Saturn, but Jupiter is unhappy in this position. Thus, Jupiter is weakened in Makara (Capricorn).

Take Mercury as another example. This is an intellectual planet and a significator of communication. Intellectual communication is the most comfortable activity for him. So his house is intellectual Gemini, 3rd house (connection) of the natural zodiac. However, intellectual discussions and debates are the formal work assigned to him. Virgo is the 6th house (spore) of the natural zodiac and it is the mulatrikona of Mercury!
Since sattvic and etheric Jupiter is not at all delighted with the responsibility of fiercely and fieryly defending the dharma (punishing the demon king Bali as a Vamana avatar, for example), he does this out of a sense of duty. But Mercury loves his official work! He loves to engage in intellectual discussions. Thus, Virgo (6th house of the natural zodiac) is not only his mulatrikona (office, duty, karma), but also the sign of exaltation (the highest moment of pleasure at a picnic). Still, “intellectual connection” (Gemini) is the most comfortable for him (home, swakshetra).
The last example is Ketu. For him, the most comfortable activity is mysterious activity, which is shown by the 8th house. So, he possesses the 8th house of the natural zodiac, which is Scorpio. His official duty, however, is to give upasana (meditation) and moksha (liberation), which are shown by the 12th house. So, his moolatrikona is in the 12th house of the natural zodiac, which is Pisces.
