Begin:

  • We remove all burrs from the pipe and make it smooth.
  • We cut a circle from the disk, the diameter of which is 4-5 mm less than the diameter of the pipe.

  • We wrap the ends of the zener diode with the finest hardware or use a special hold with antistatic action, since the laser is incredibly sensitive.

Note. If you mix opposites, the laser diode will deteriorate almost immediately.

Interesting point. Before installing the zener diode into the circuit, assembling everything into the case, it is recommended to check the functionality of the driver.

You also need to check the compatibility of the current and the diode. Perfect option, this is to install some other laser diode, maybe a non-working one, and then measure the current strength using a special meter. For 16-x options, the ideal value would be 300/350mA. For 22 x it is possible to have more – 500 mA.

Here is the design simplest installation for a laser show that anyone can make.
Moreover, this installation does not even require knowledge of electronics - we only need a laser pointer, a very ordinary CD and a speaker.

The operating principle of this device is extremely simple: we connect a speaker to the amplifier output. This speaker must be secured with the diffuser facing up. It is better, of course, to use a speaker - there the speaker is already fixed inside the case and it will be enough to simply place the speaker on some surface.

A piece of tape is attached to the speaker cone using glue. plastic pipe with a diameter of 25...30 mm. The pipe can be used, for example, a water pipe; they are freely sold at any hardware or hardware store.

Device assembly procedure:

Step 1. Take and cut from water pipe approximately 20 centimeters. Carefully clean the edges and set aside.

Now all that remains is to direct the laser from the laser pointer to the laser disk circle at a certain angle. The laser reflected from the laser disk should hit the wall. And lo and behold, intricate figures are drawn on the wall. Depending on the melody being played, the pattern reproduced by our homemade laser machine will change.

Now you need to secure the laser pointer so that the beam hits the surface of the laser disc at the desired angle. To achieve a more spectacular laser show, you can use multiple lasers. You can also place a smoke screen, for example from church incense, in the path of the laser beam reflected from the surface of the laser disk. Laser beams, passing through the smoke, will create three-dimensional figures.

The principle of operation is as follows: sound waves act on a rubber membrane with a circle of laser disk attached to it. As a result mirror surface The laser disk trembles and changes the angle of reflection of the laser directed from the laser pointer. The laser beam forms intricate shapes on the wall. Added smoke in the path of the reflected laser beam makes it visible.
