DEVELOPED by the Central Republican Regulatory Research Station (CRNIS) of Rosagropromstroy under the methodological guidance and with the participation of Central Bureau standards for labor in construction (TsBNTS) at VNIPI labor in construction Gosstroy of the USSR.

The technology for the production of works provided for in the collection is agreed with the Technical Center of Rosagropromstroy.

APPROVED by the resolution of the State Construction Committee of the USSR, the USSR State Committee for Labor and social issues and the Secretariat of the All-Union Central Council of Trade Unions dated December 5, 1986 No. 43/512/29-50 for mandatory use in construction, installation and repair construction works Oh.

INTRODUCTION

1. The norms of this issue provide for the performance of work in ancillary and auxiliary industries and other farms that are on the balance sheet of construction organizations.

When performing work directly on the construction site N.vr. and Rass. multiply by 1.2 (HF-1).

2. Manufacture of wooden structures and parts by hand, as a rule, is not allowed. The specified restriction does not apply to construction enterprises that do not have a set of necessary woodworking equipment and manufacture wooden structures and parts in small quantities, i.e. when performing non-serial work.

3. Technical requirements for the production of carpentry and joinery work include:

accuracy of observance of the sizes and a form;

conjugation density;

thoroughness of surface treatment;

selection and correct use of wood species, grade and size of materials in accordance with the type and responsibility of the structure.

4. The scope of work in the paragraphs is given with an indication of only the main operations that characterize the normalized work as a whole.

The norms take into account all auxiliary and preparatory operations that are an integral part of technological process standardized work. These include: according to chapters 2, 3 - selection of materials, checking the quality of work, touching up tools in the process of work, moving materials and products at a distance of up to 30 m; according to chapter 1 - testing the operation of machines, lubricating them during operation, rejecting parts, touching up tools, handing over products, cleaning chips and dust from machines, eliminating minor malfunctions.

Change and point of cutting tools on woodworking machines, marking and marking of parts, delivery of parts to the machine, stacking, removal of parts from the machine, removal of waste from the workshop by the standards for processing sawn timber on woodworking machines are not taken into account and are paid additionally.

5. All paragraphs of this issue provide for materials, structures and products that meet the requirements of the current regulations in terms of assortment, quality and condition. specifications and GOSTs.

If there are more than three healthy intergrown knots with a diameter of up to 50 mm or six knots with a diameter of up to 30 mm H.v. and Rass. for manual processing, multiply by 1.2 (HF-2), and for work performed with power tools, by 1.1 (HF-3).

It is forbidden to apply these coefficients to the norms and prices for work on the assembly and finishing of products.

6. The norms provide for the manufacture of structures and their parts from soft wood (pine, spruce, fir, aspen, linden, etc.). When using wood of other species N.vr. and Rass. multiply by the coefficients given in the table.

Type of work

Odds

for hard hardwood(oak, ash, hornbeam, beech, etc.)

for rocks of medium hardness (larch, birch, etc.)

Production of parts and processing of timber using hand or electric tools

Processing lumber on machines with feed:

mechanized

Assembly of structures and products with fitting and partial processing of parts

7. When working on woodworking machines, special safety instructions must be observed.

Maintenance of machines is carried out by workers with special training and permission to work on woodworking machines.

The machine must be provided with quick and reliable stopping devices and, in addition, where possible, with a braking device. The machine must be installed on a solid foundation, aligned with a plumb line.

Gears to the machine must be securely guarded. If there are several working tools (cutters, etc.) on the machine shaft, then the tools that are not currently working must be removed, turned off or tightly closed with cases. The electrical equipment of the machines must be safe and have grounding.

Blocking of approaches to machines is unacceptable. At machines, it is necessary to have free areas for laying material and finished products. Machines are equipped with pneumatic suction for sawdust and chips.

When using power tools, you must follow following rules safety precautions: light parts must be securely fastened during processing, the power tool must be grounded.

When moving from one place of work to another, regardless of distance, the motor of the power tool must be turned off, and the current-carrying cable must not be twisted or twisted; it is forbidden to lay a cable connecting the tool to the mains through access roads and warehouses of materials; It is strictly forbidden to make repairs and corrections to the tool while the motor is on.
