Reinforced concrete supports are distinguished by high strength, durability and reliability. Widely used for power lines, mainly high-voltage ones.

They are made of heavy concrete and stressed reinforcement, which makes it possible to achieve excellent technical characteristics and operational properties. Unlike wooden poles, are not subject to rotting and destruction under the influence of moisture and atmospheric phenomena.

Specifications and markings

Production concrete supports SV 95-3 corresponds to GOST 23613-79, which details the technical characteristics. Product marking means the following:

  • SV - vibration rack (made by vibrocompression);
  • 95 - length 9500 mm (9.5 m);
  • 3 (tf*m) – calculated bending moment.

Main technical specifications are:

  • the length of the entire product is 9.5 m;
  • section - 240 × 150 mm;
  • frost resistance - F200;
  • water resistance - W6-W8;
  • weight - about 800 kg.

Specifications may vary slightly depending on the raw materials used, technologies and production conditions.

If you need SV 95-3 supports, it is not difficult to buy them, many have already done this in the Guarantee software, but keep in mind that the wagon capacity is 90 racks, and the machine capacity is 25-27, depending on the carrying capacity of the vehicle.

Manufacturing features

Since the SV 95-3 supports have special requirements for strength and resistance to atmospheric phenomena, they are made of heavy concrete of class B30.

Thanks to vibrocompression, concrete is strongly compacted, due to which excellent strength indicators are achieved. The filler is granite crushed stone of a small fraction.

Mandatory stage of production reinforced concrete supports is the reinforcement process. For this, a strained wire with a diameter of at least 12 mm, made of steel, is used.

To increase the service life, the reinforcement must undergo a treatment procedure with special compounds that will protect it from corrosion.

Scope of application

Reinforced concrete racks are most often used for laying power lines. They can act as anchor and intermediate posts. They are used in both construction and renovation work.

Can also be used for organizing street lighting, gaskets telephone cables or SIP and so on. wind resistance and low temperatures allows you to use reinforced concrete racks in all weather and climatic conditions.

Features and Benefits

SV 95-3 supports made of reinforced concrete have the following properties:

  • resistance to seismic vibrations;
  • water resistance;
  • resistance to low temperatures (can withstand temperatures down to -65°C);
  • high strength;
  • resistance to strong winds;
  • resistance to corrosion and chemicals.

Vibration racks are versatile, as they can be mounted on soils with different acidity and any type. They are not afraid of temperature changes and harsh climatic conditions (winds, ice, earthquakes up to 9 points).

The design of the poles provides for hanging lighting equipment and wires, so the process of installing overhead power lines, lamps or other devices is quite simple and fast.

To install the supports themselves, heavy equipment is required, since the weight of the finished products is very large.

The supports can serve up to 50-70 years, while they do not need maintenance, and electric installation work can be carried out without dismantling the racks themselves.

Racks reinforced concrete vibrated CB are designed for supports of overhead power lines. They have other names, such as lighting poles, or simply power poles. Our factory produces two types of CB racks, nine and a half and eleven meters long.

Racks CB 95 intended for high voltage lines 0.4...10 kV. If you need to connect a portable ground to these supports, then this can be done thanks to the conclusions of special contacts. During the repair and maintenance of overhead lines given property supports CB increases the safety of work. Supports SV 95 differ from each other in the calculated bending moment. This parameter can be 2.0 tf/m and 3.0 tf/m. It is allowed to use CB racks both in non-aggressive and in aggressive conditions of exposure environment. Design supports SV 95 designed in such a way that the rack has 4 grounding descents, which provide reliable grounding of the working fittings of the product. The strut CB 95-2, like the strut CB 95-3, has an upper end reinforced with prestressing reinforcement. At the end there is a steel plate that performs the functions of protection against destruction, increasing the service life of the CB support.

After stripping the finished product, metal end plates are welded to the four reinforcing bars of the SV support. A grounding conductor is welded to the mortgage loop and the bottom plate, and an outlet for portable grounding is attached to its end. If during the production of racks CB 95 the reinforcement is not prestressed, then end plates will be absent.

eleven meters racks CB 110 are also made from heavy concrete of B30 compression class. The frost resistance of concrete should not be less than two hundred cycles, and the water resistance index should be W6. For intended use in a hostile environment, supports SV 110 in their lower part should be applied protective covering. It can be bitumen or mastic. This coating is applied directly in the factory to a length of up to three meters. Also, for aggressive environments, the diameter of the grounding lower conductor should be twelve millimeters, and the place of its welding should be protected with anti-corrosion varnish.

Installation of CB racks should be carried out only by qualified teams of installers. The supports are stored on a pre-leveled area, laying wooden blocks. The year of installation and serial number must be applied to each CB rack with indelible paint. The top of the support is lifted with the help of a truck crane, traverses are attached, a grounding slope is laid. At a distance of three meters from the ground line, a warning poster can be installed. Often mount special breaker cabinets. This is done in places where there is a risk of damage to the support by vehicles.

After preliminary marking, work on drilling the soil is underway. The depth of the hole will depend on the thickness and height of the installed SV supports, and its diameter should be twenty centimeters larger than that of these pillars. Next comes the actual installation of the racks. In order to achieve strict vertical position supports, it is placed on temporary struts. High-grade concrete is poured into the voids directly to ground level. After all the CB racks are fixed, it is necessary to make a control check of the position of each of them.

SV racks are used for VLI and VL-0.38 kV, devices telephone lines and communication lines, installation of lamps and suspension of fiber optic cable. Equipped with holes for standard through hooks. The attachment points of the traverses and bandage tapes are particularly wear-resistant. Bending moment value - 3, concrete class - 400, building length - 9500 mm, trapezoidal, tapering to the top. Racks are used in districts I-V by the wind, I-IV district by ice. Lowest allowable temperature-55 ° C. The volume of concrete of the finished rack is 0.3 m3, the mass of metal is 29 kg, and the total product is 0.75 tons.

Racks CB have a very high seismic resistance and are resistant to external aggressive factors. They can be mounted in very dangerous areas, and operation in a non-standard environment is also allowed:

With design temperature up to minus 55°C;

In wind regions I-V;

In areas on ice I-IV;

With a seismicity of the construction site of 9 points.
