Solid fuel boiler stropuva s15 wood. Solid fuel boiler Stropuva S15. Technical characteristics of the solid fuel boiler STROPUVA S15P

Stropuva S 15 kW wood boiler long burning for rooms up to 150 m², firewood and fuel briquettes are used as fuel. Duration of combustion on one tab (depending on the heat loss of the building, external temperature, fuel quality) firewood - up to 30 hours, briquettes - up to 48 hours. When selecting a boiler with a large power reserve, the burning time increases significantly.

Structurally, the boiler consists of two steel cylinders (one inside the other) with an outer layer of thermal insulation. The heated coolant is located in the space between the cylinders. Inside the small-diameter cylinder there is a combustion zone, which is serviced through doors in the boiler body. The combustion process occurs only in the upper layer of the fuel layer. Heated air from a special air heating chamber is supplied to this layer of fuel through a telescopic pipe with an air distributor. After the top layer of fuel is burned, the air distributor gradually moves down and always rests on the burning fuel, namely in the center of combustion. The source of fuel combustion, as it burns, moves from above to the bottom of the firebox. The coolant temperature and the amount of air supplied to the fuel combustion zone are regulated by bithermal. This device allows you to increase the efficiency of the boiler, and also makes it possible to regulate the temperature of the coolant in the amount necessary for heating the house.

To achieve optimal heat removal, between the air heating chamber and the walls of the boiler combustion chamber, there is a gap along the entire perimeter through which smoke, washing the air heating chamber, enters the exhaust gas hole.

These characteristics of the Stropuva S15 boiler have been confirmed by numerous tests and already the second decade of operating experience in various climatic conditions.

Due to the rising cost of gas for consumers, the solid fuel boiler Stropuva S15 is already effectively competing with the most economical gas boilers. Installation for newly built houses of this equipment is the most economical and forward-thinking solution. At the same time, you do not need to worry about expensive gas supply and obtaining all the necessary permits.

Product description

The Stropuva S15 solid fuel boiler maintains combustion for up to 31 hours when using firewood or fuel briquettes and is suitable for a room up to 150 m2.

Does not require electricity, combustion is supported by natural draft. The maximum boiler power is 15 kW.

Stropuva is a long-burning boiler. Unique design The boiler allows you to use the volume of fuel as efficiently as possible and burn it gradually, maintaining the temperature balance in the room without excessive consumption of thermal energy.

Advantages Benefits
Simple device The boiler consists of a minimum of elements securely fixed in the structure. This guarantees ease of operation and maintenance, durability and stability of the heating system.
Long burning In the boiler at any time only a thin light is burning upper layer fuel. One tab ensures uninterrupted operation of the system for up to 31 hours using wood or briquettes. The boiler operates without human intervention, the system does not require constant monitoring.
Fuel availability The boiler operates on any type of firewood and briquettes available in any region.
Simple controls Unique technology for adjusting boiler temperature conditions. Completely mechanical operating principle. Reliable and easy to use. Adjustment is carried out by changing the temperature metal parts boiler
Economical Fuel is consumed gradually. Thermal energy is expended exactly as much as is necessary to maintain the specified temperature parameters. The fuel does not burn in one volume, but burns slowly from top to bottom.
Safety The boiler is a complete steel structure with a standard safety valve that relieves pressure during a sudden surge.

Stropuva – long-burning boiler

The top combustion principle ensures gradual combustion of the fuel. The full volume of fuel is loaded into the boiler, which is enough for the entire combustion cycle of the boiler (in Stropuva S15 it is 31 hours). But only the top layer will burn at the same time - there will be enough thermal energy to maintain a given temperature regime without loss of power.

In conventional solid fuel boilers (not mine type) the entire volume of fuel after ignition releases the maximum amount of thermal energy depending on the heat capacity (as in a regular fire). Afterburning pyrolysis gases can extend the time efficient work boiler, but will not ensure fuel combustion for more than 6-8 hours, since any volume of fuel burns simultaneously. In Stropuva, thanks to the vertical design, only part of the fuel burns, releasing the energy necessary to maintain the temperature of the coolant and no more. Heat does not escape into the chimney.

Saving on heating with Stropuva

Layer-by-layer combustion allows you to use the fuel supply much more economically. That is, in 120 hours, Stropuva will burn 5 times less fuel than in a conventional bottom-burning solid fuel boiler. The duration of combustion directly depends on the quality of the fuel and compliance with the operating technology of the boiler and the heating system as a whole. You can independently calculate the cost of heating for your home.

WITH boilers Stropuva it is much easier to ensure continuous operation of the system without loss of power. The graph shows the operating cycle of the Stropuva boiler in comparison with conventional solid fuel boilers. The efficiency remains constant over the entire period of time.

Operation of the Stropuva boiler

You are no longer a fireman! Having flooded Stropuva once, you can forget about it and go about your business, without constant checks and additional fuel loading. This is very important if there is no one to monitor the operation of the system in your absence. The boiler operates autonomously, without the use of electricity*

Solid fuel boilers STROPUVA provide burning duration on one load of firewood - up to 30 hours, briquettes - up to 48 hours, pellets - up to 72 hours, coal - up to 5 days. When choosing a boiler with a large power reserve, the burning time increases significantly.

A long operating time on one load of fuel means saving not only money and time, but also ease of use.

It happens that Vacation home or the cottage cannot be connected to the main gas. In this case, the solution to the problem of heating and hot water supply of such a house can be solid fuel boilers long burning. This is the simplest and effective option creating urban comfort in a private home. Solid fuel(firewood, coal, pellets) are significantly cheaper than diesel fuel, gas or electricity. And modern automation for heating and hot water supply systems will create comfort in your home no worse than when using gas boilers.

Depending on how high-quality fuel is used in the boiler, the time it takes to consume such fuel will depend. In maintenance mode, the boiler can operate for about a day.

Long (top) burning boiler- this is a variety solid fuel boiler, in which the direct supply of air and the combustion process itself occur in the upper part of the fuel layer. This scheme makes it possible to load a sufficient amount of fuel into the firebox in one go, which is why such boilers are characterized as long-burning boilers and subsequently require infrequent maintenance.

The main advantage Using a solid fuel boiler with long (upper) burning means creating an autonomous and cost-effective heating system that will save you from problems with the supply of electricity or gas.

Advantages of long-term (top) burning boilers:

  • Boilers of this type provide a fairly long combustion period (three, four times compared to direct combustion boilers) without additional addition of fuel to the firebox, and they are easy to maintain
  • Such boilers have a high efficiency
  • The control system of such boilers is quite simple; complex automation is not used in operation.
  • Wood-burning models are energy-independent (subject to natural circulation of the coolant), while universal models consume relatively little power
  • These boilers are safer compared to boilers running on electricity, gas or liquid fuel
  • Longer warranty for this type of boiler ( warranty period may be up to 5 years a heating element and 2 years for boiler components)

When selecting a boiler with a large power reserve, the burning time increases significantly. For example, there is a facility where a boiler operates for 12 days on one bed of coal. Such a long duration of work on one load of fuel saves not only money and time, but also ease of operation.

Efficiency – up to 90%

Energy independence of the STROPUVA boiler

The absence of electronic control systems for the STROPUVA solid fuel boiler and the combustion process ensures:

For wood boilers - complete energy independence (when working on a gravitational water circulation system), which is especially important when the house is located in an area where there is no or problems with the power supply,

For universal boilers - about 15-20 W/h for the air supply unit to the firebox.

Wood-burning boilers, when operating in heating systems with natural circulation of water, do not require electricity at all. They can be successfully used wherever other energy sources are unavailable or expensive.

Aesthetics of the STROPUVA boiler
Despite its rather large size, the STROPUVA boiler has a very ergonomic design, and this is:

  • aesthetic appearance - cylindrical shape, pleasant coloring. Compared to other boilers that have a rather complex design and bulky appearance, the Stropuva boiler looks smart and elegant, which creates a new aesthetics for the boiler room.
  • compact placement - requires very little space for installation and operation,
  • minimal contamination of the boiler room. In Lithuania, due to the high cost of energy resources, a large number of low-power STROPUVA solid fuel boilers are installed even in apartments in city houses
Advantages of STROPUVA:
- Small dimensions allow you to install Stropuva Mini in any convenient location without special equipment separate room(boiler room).
- A small volume of fuel storage provides excellent economic qualities in terms of fuel and money consumption!.
Reliability and safety

Until recently, significant disadvantages of solid fuel boilers were the inability to operate in a completely autonomous mode and the need for frequent loading of fuel.

STROPUVA solid fuel boilers do not have these disadvantages. The boiler control is based on a very simple design, which means a reliable automatic valve - a bimetallic draft regulator that does not require power. This ensures completely autonomous operation of the boiler without any additional automatic, electronic or other devices.

Unlike boilers using electricity, gas and diesel fuel, where there is always a danger of a short circuit in the electrical network, a gas explosion or a diesel fuel fire, the STROPUVA solid fuel boiler is absolutely safe in principle. The boiler is designed in such a way that if the permissible load is repeatedly exceeded, it will not explode, but will shrink inward.

The simple design and operating diagram of the boiler are understandable to any user with any level of education, which eliminates any difficulties in operation.

Long lasting boiler combustion STROPUVA has a European CE quality certificate, is provided with a factory warranty of 5 years* (on the boiler body) and 2 years on consumables.

Note

Mini S S15

Hardwood firewood

37 50 78 93

Firewood was stored in a warehouse for 16 months, large, many unsplit logs Ø15 – 25 cm

Pellets (solid fuel granules) 106 141 170 222 264 Increased storage requirements. React to high humidity
premises.

Alder briquettes

77 90 119

Briquettes burn with minimal smoke formation. When burning, they do not spark or shoot, unlike firewood. After combustion, a minimal amount of ash remains: approximately 1-2%, from firewood approximately 15%. Briquettes provide a quick increase in temperature and constant, even maintenance throughout the combustion process without failures. The burning time of one bookmark is approximately 1.3 - 1.5 times longer than with wood.
When heating with sawdust briquettes (eurowood), the boiler operating mode (wood) must be set to a gas distributor for wood. Briquettes are laid horizontally. For ignition, either small dry firewood is used on top, or lighter fluid is used.

Briquettes made of hardwood

77 90 119

Peat briquettes

77 90 119

Peat should be burned without opening the lower air supply channel, with the collector (fan) and tubular diffuser (air distributor for coal) turned on. At the end, to quickly complete combustion, you should open the air supply channel from below. The boiler should be cleaned before each loading.

Hard coal DPK

67 95 149

The coal is heated from above, loading about 5 kg of firewood. Use a tubular diffuser and a fan. Each time a bookmark burns out, the ashes should be removed.

Coal SSOM

67 95 149

Large anthracite AKO

72 100 154

Anthracite should be loaded to the bottom of the upper door, about 10 kg of firewood should be placed on top. When the wood burns well (turns into burning coals), load another 15 - 40 kg of anthracite on top of it and lower the tubular diffuser. Don't panic that in heating system the temperature will drop for an hour or two. Do not mix the fuel under any circumstances - this will lead to extinguishing.

  1. When heating with any wood fuel, the ash should be removed regularly.
  2. Once the wood has flared up, it emits little smoke, but while it is burning, the smoke is thicker. Therefore, it is not recommended to complete the loading with small firewood; on the contrary, larger logs should be placed under the edges of the distributor, and 0.2 - 0.5 kg of small kindling in the middle is sufficient.
  3. When heating with peat, a lot of solid particles are emitted from the chimney, you can feel sour smell, therefore it is not recommended to heat with peat in densely populated areas.
  4. To burn anthracite, a more massive combustion center is required than for other types of fuel, so about 15 - 30 kg of it does not burn - it is necessary to return it to the next stash when removing the ash. For this reason, large anthracite is more suitable for heating.
