DEVELOPED by the Central Republican Normative Research Station (CRNIS) of Rosagropromstroy under the methodological guidance and with the participation of the Central Bureau of Labor Standards in Construction (CBNTS) at the All-Russian Research Institute of Labor in Construction of the USSR State Construction Committee.

The technology for carrying out the work provided for in the collection has been agreed upon with the Technical Center of Rosagropromstroy.

APPROVED by Decree of the State Construction Committee of the USSR, the State Committee of the USSR on Labor and Social Issues and the Secretariat of the All-Union Central Council of Trade Unions dated December 5, 1986 No. 43/512/29-50 for mandatory use in construction, installation and repair work.

INTRODUCTORY PART

1. The standards of this issue provide for the performance of work in auxiliary production and other facilities included in the balance sheet of construction organizations.

When performing work directly on the construction site N.v. and Rasc. multiply by 1.2 (HF-1).

2. The manufacture of wooden structures and parts by hand, as a rule, is not allowed. This restriction does not apply to construction enterprises that do not have a set of necessary woodworking equipment and manufacture wooden structures and parts in small quantities, i.e. when performing non-serial work.

3. Technical requirements for carpentry and joinery work include:

accuracy of size and shape;

density of mates;

thoroughness of surface treatment;

selection and correct use of wood species, grade and size of materials in accordance with the type and responsibility of the structure.

4. The scope of work in the paragraphs is given indicating only the main operations that characterize the regulated work as a whole.

The standards take into account all auxiliary and preparatory operations that are an integral part technological process standardized work. These include: for chapters 2, 3 - selection of materials, checking the quality of work, adjusting tools during work, moving materials and products over a distance of up to 30 m; for Chapter 1 - testing the operation of machines, lubricating them during operation, rejecting parts, adjusting tools, handing over products, removing chips and dust from machines, eliminating minor faults.

Changing and pointing of cutting tools on woodworking machines, marking and labeling of parts, delivery of parts to the machine, stacking, removal of parts from the machine, removal of waste from the workshop are not taken into account by the standards for processing lumber on woodworking machines and are paid additionally.

5. All paragraphs of this issue provide for materials, structures and products that meet the requirements of current technical specifications and GOSTs in terms of range, quality and condition.

If there are more than three healthy fused knots with a diameter of up to 50 mm or six knots with a diameter of up to 30 mm on 1 m of the treated surface of a timber or board. and Rasc. for manual processing, multiply by 1.2 (HF-2), and for work performed with a power tool - by 1.1 (HF-3).

It is prohibited to apply these coefficients to standards and prices for work on assembly and finishing of products.

6. The standards provide for the manufacture of structures and their parts from soft wood (pine, spruce, fir, aspen, linden, etc.). When using wood of other species N.v. and Rasc. multiply by the coefficients given in the table.

Type of work

Odds

for hard hardwood(oak, ash, hornbeam, beech, etc.)

for medium-hard species (larch, birch, etc.)

Manufacturing of parts and processing of timber using hand or power tools

Processing of lumber on feed machines:

mechanized

Assembly of structures and products with fitting and partial processing of parts

7. When working on woodworking machines, you must follow the special safety instructions.

Maintenance of machines is carried out by workers who have special training and permission to work on woodworking machines.

The machine must be equipped with quickly and reliably operating switching devices for stopping it and, in addition, where possible, with a braking device. The machine must be installed on a solid foundation and plumb.

Transfers to the machine must be securely guarded. If there are several working tools (cutters, etc.) on the machine shaft, then the currently non-working tools must be removed, turned off or tightly closed with cases. The electrical equipment of the machines must be safe and grounded.

Cluttering the approaches to the machines is unacceptable. When using machines, it is necessary to have free areas for laying material and finished products. The machines are equipped with pneumatic suction for sawdust and shavings.

When working with power tools, you must follow following rules safety precautions: light parts must be securely fastened when processing, the power tool must be grounded.

When moving from one place of work to another, regardless of the distance, the motor of the power tool must be turned off, and the current-carrying cable must not be twisted or looped; It is prohibited to lay a cable connecting the tool to the electrical network through access roads and material warehouses; It is strictly forbidden to carry out repairs or corrections to the tool while the motor is running.
