Due to the move to new apartment, the question of buying furniture arose. We decided to start with the most basic. But the wall in the living room “winked” at me from the Hitline store. I was ready to give up everything just to make her mine, I liked her so much. We decided to take it.

We signed a contract, made an advance payment, and agreed on delivery. By the way, this store does not offer cashless payment options, which I consider a huge disadvantage.

It was convenient for us to have the wall with them longer, because... the renovation was not yet completed, so we chose the most distant date.

Day X was approaching and we headed to the store to pay the remaining amount and finally confirm the delivery day. It turned out that the delivery was not carried out by the store itself, but by an intermediary. There is no charge for it in the store. This is done in person upon receipt of the goods. We were told the amount of 600 rubles for delivery to the entrance. The delivery date was much more than vague - “early next week. We’ll call in advance.” They justified this by saying that they have a lot of orders and for some reason our wall does not fit there. It was planned to transport it separately.

However, neither at the beginning of the next week, nor in the middle, no one brought anything. We started calling the store, they dismissed it as being very busy. They promised to deliver it on Saturday evening. We spent the entire Saturday evening at home waiting for delivery, which never arrived...

They arrived on Sunday after we called the store 2 times. Because We expected delivery a day earlier, and help in the form of friends was expected at the same time. The next day everyone had their own affairs and troubles. As a result, we were left alone with the cabinets from the wall. We decided to pay for delivery to the apartment. BUT we changed our minds when we were told the amount of 1000 rubles for lifting a closet, chest of drawers and cabinets in a freight elevator.

Comrades, 1000 rubles for going up in the elevator!!! and this does not count the money that was announced to us earlier.

By the way, we also need to talk about them separately. The arriving loaders turned out to be clearly greedier than the seller in the store and for delivery to the entrance they demanded not 600 rubles, as previously agreed, but 800 rubles. They say they were traveling especially for us. Well, I didn’t ask you. This is how the Hitline store is trying to make money from bad work logisticians, covering losses with the money of innocent buyers. It’s good that I have a rather persistent husband who resolved the situation. By the way, the seller we called at that moment said that she didn’t see a problem at all in paying an extra 200 rubles, saying it wasn’t money. The husband insisted that she pay for it herself, if it was not money for her, she had to agree.

If in that situation I found myself alone, or someone else who does not have the moral strength to resist three shaven-headed movers, then I do not know what to do in this situation. However, paying 1800 (!!!) for delivery of a wall to an apartment in a building with a freight elevator is overkill.

To summarize, I want to say that so far there are no complaints about the quality of the furniture, nor about the quality of service... either. But there is clearly a problem with delivery. The contract does not say a word about the cost of delivery at all. Pay attention to this! Thus, movers can ask for 600, 800, or even 1,500 rubles. And you are already standing near the entrance with your lockers and you have nowhere to go, you have to pay.

We will not buy anything from this store again and will not recommend it to our friends.
