All furniture products sold under the BRIKLAER brand have a warranty period of 24 months.
The condition for free warranty service of furniture is its correct operation, as well as the absence of mechanical damage due to the fault of the Buyer. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or defects caused by overload, improper or careless handling or assembly, or ingress of liquid, dirt or other foreign objects.
We ask buyers to save until the end warranty period documents and passport (warranty card) for furniture received during acceptance.
If defects in the product are detected, the Buyer has the right to submit a written request for its replacement by email.
Within seven days from the receipt of a justified request, the Manufacturer replaces the product or, if available, legal grounds provides the Buyer with a reasoned refusal. If it is necessary to conduct a quality check (examination) to make a final decision, the Manufacturer, within seven days of receiving the request for replacement, informs the Buyer in writing that the decision will be made within 20 days of receiving the request. If the Manufacturer does not have the goods necessary for replacement at the time of presentation of the requirements, the replacement must be carried out within a month from the date of presentation of such a requirement. The Manufacturer reimburses the Buyer necessary expenses related to the delivery and return of goods, if the Buyer made this delivery. Defects in the goods resulting from improper assembly (by the Buyer), delivery and lifting (by the Buyer) or due to improper operation are eliminated at the Buyer’s expense.
If the Buyer independently makes any changes to the design of the product or components, he will lose the warranty on the parts that have undergone the changes.
