SLIM EF is a family of floor standing boilers from trademark Baxi, which are of the non-volatile type heating appliances. The lineup represented by several units of different capacities, made in a single style decision. Distinctive feature family is protective automation with a thermocouple, which ensures maximum safety of equipment operation: covers gas valve in case of flame out. These boilers do not need to be connected to electrical network and work in systems with natural circulation.

Guarantee period Baxi is two years (24 months) from the date of putting the equipment into operation, but not more than 30 months from the date of sale of the equipment. Starting from the 14th month of operation, the warranty is valid only if there is a mark on the service in the warranty card. Regular service Maintenance is made at the expense of the client, or is included in the cost of the contract for equipment maintenance.
In the absence of relevant documents, the warranty period is calculated from the date of manufacture of the equipment.
Warranty period for units and components replaced after expiration warranty period for equipment is 12 months. As a result of repair or replacement of units and components of the equipment, the warranty period for the equipment as a whole is not updated.

The warranty is valid only when the product is put into operation (first start-up) by a specialized service organization that has licenses established by Russian law.
When selling the boiler, the trading company provides the end users with the contact details of service organizations. The service provider may be integral part trading firm.
It is the responsibility of the end user to have proof of commissioning of the product, such as a completed recommended warranty card from BAXI S.p.A.. this document the following items must be specified:
1) Machine model
2) Serial number
3) Date of sale
4) Date of first start-up (commissioning of the product)
5) Name, address and phone number of the service organization that carried out the first start-up (commissioning of the product)
6) Signature and surname of the technical specialist who performed the first launch.

In the event of malfunctions during the warranty period, warranty work is carried out by the organization that commissioned the product (in the absence of other warranty agreements). BAXI S.p.A. provides compensation for the cost of failed boiler components under warranty through official dealers BAXI S.p.A. In turn, the official dealers of BAXI S.p.A. compensate the cost of these components to trading firms. In order to compensate for the cost of a failed component, the service organization must provide, together with the defective components, a completed “individual repair report form” of the prescribed form or provide the same data electronically (using a template file from BAXI S.p.A.). Spare parts are purchased by trading companies or service organizations from official dealers of BAXI S.p.A. for products or spare parts.

Service organizations can enter into service contracts and thus become authorized service centers and authorized service partners of BAXI S.p.A.
BAXI Authorized Service Partners (ASPs) are organizations authorized to perform on behalf of BAXI S.p.A. first start and service maintenance BAXI equipment.
Authorized service centers BAXI (ASC) are organizations authorized to carry out on behalf of BAXI S.p.A. first start-up and maintenance of BAXI equipment and assuming the following additional obligations:
- upon request, perform the first start-up and carry out subsequent warranty and service maintenance of any BAXI equipment purchased in any trade organization or established by another organization;
- sell BAXI spare parts to all applicants.

Authorized service centers and service partners of BAXI in agreement with the representative office of BAXI S.p.A. reserves the right to extend the warranty period. Also BAXI S.p.A. at warranty repairs, in addition to compensation for spare parts, pays the cost of departure and work (according to the contract). Warranty compensation BAXI S.p.A. is carried out through official BAXI dealers, or through direct payments.
BAXI Authorized Service Centers and Service Partners are created either on the basis of trading companies that regularly work with BAXI products, or on the recommendation of these trading companies.

The SLIM EF series is a series of non-volatile cast iron gas boilers with atmospheric burner. All SLIM EF models have a gray body with a black control panel and are technically similar to SLIM. The fundamental difference is gas automation with a thermocouple, which, in the event of a flame failure, will close the gas valve. Due to this, the boiler does not need power supply and can work with natural circulation of the coolant. The model range consists of 5 models with power from 22 to 61 kW.
