Application area

This standard applies to window and balcony door units (hereinafter referred to as " window units" or "products") made of wood, plastics and metal alloys for buildings and structures for various purposes.

The standard does not apply to translucent facade systems, skylights, as well as on products special purpose(burglar-proof, bulletproof, fireproof, etc.).

The standard is fundamental to a set of standards for specific types and designs of window blocks, as well as their components.

The requirements of this standard are mandatory (except for those specified in the text of the standard as recommended or reference).

The standard can be used for product certification.

Normative references

It is allowed not to indicate classes in the symbols of products performance characteristics. In this case, the classes of product performance characteristics (given in the denominator of the example), and, if necessary, designations of other classification characteristics, can be given in project documentation, passport and supply contract in the form of a text entry, for example, “collapsible, frost-resistant design”.

The absence of a class designation means that the products have the minimum performance indicators established in the standard for a specific type of product (in the example given symbol- in GOST 24700).

Symbols of products manufactured according to individual orders, may be installed in the design documentation or in regulatory documentation for specific types of products.

Appendix B (mandatory)

PROCEDURE FOR DETERMINING AIR AND WATER PERMEABILITY CLASSES

The air permeability class of a window block is determined by the volumetric air permeability indicator Q, m 3 / m 2 x h. On a logarithmic coordinate scale, standard straight lines are plotted to plot the dependence of air permeability Q on the pressure drop Delta P, Pa, which define the boundaries of air permeability classes.

The tangent of the angle of inclination of the straight lines, corresponding to the filtration mode, is taken equal to 2/3, the base points for constructing the straight lines correspond to the air permeability values Q equal to 3, 9, 17, 27 and 50 m 3 / m 2 x h at a pressure drop of 100 Pa. Based on the test results of window blocks, which are carried out in accordance with GOST 26602.2, an actual measurement line is constructed and the air permeability class is determined based on its location.

An example of determining the air permeability class is shown in Figure B.1.

Figure B.1. An example of determining the air permeability class

In cases where the line of actual measurements, located in the field of a class (for example, class B), in a local area enters the field of a lower class (for example, class D), the test sample is assigned a lower class of air permeability.

Window units of class A must be tested to a control pressure drop of Delta P = 600 Pa, class B - 500 Pa, class C - 400 Pa, class D - 300 Pa, class D - 150 Pa. The same pressure drop values correspond to the maximum pressure drops for determining the class of window blocks for water permeability. The water permeability class is determined by the magnitude of the pressure drop at which through penetration of water occurs through the window block (water tightness limit).

The general class of a window block for air and water permeability is taken according to the lowest class of air permeability and water permeability.

1 area of use

This standard applies to window and balcony door units (hereinafter referred to as window units or products) made of wood, plastics and metal alloys for buildings and structures for various purposes.

The standard does not apply to translucent façade systems, skylights, or special-purpose products (burglar-proof, bulletproof, fireproof, etc.).

The standard is fundamental to a set of standards for specific types and designs of window units, as well as their components.

The requirements of this standard are mandatory (except for those specified in the text of the standard as recommended or reference).

The standard can be used for product certification.

2 Normative references

wooden window block of a single design with double-glazed windows, modular dimensions: height - 15M, width - 18M, with a window, left-hand version. Classes according to performance indicators: heat transfer resistance - B2, air and water penetration - B, sound insulation - D, overall light transmittance - B, resistance to wind loads - G, frost-resistant design - M, according to GOST 24700.

It is allowed not to indicate classes of performance characteristics in the symbols of products.

In this case, the class of operational characteristics of products (given in the denominator of the example), as well as, if necessary, designations of other classification characteristics, can be given in the design documentation, passport and supply contract in the form of a text entry, for example, “prefabricated, frost-resistant design "

The absence of a class designation means that the products have the minimum values of performance indicators established in the standard for a specific type of product (in the example given, the symbol is in GOST 24700).

Symbols of products manufactured on individual orders may be established in project documentation or in regulatory documentation for specific types of products.

6.5 Each batch of products undergoes control acceptance tests carried out by the quality service, as a rule, at least once per shift. The procedure for conducting this type of testing is established in the RD for specific types of products.

In the case of a negative test result for at least one indicator, the quality of the products is re-checked on twice the number of samples for the indicator that had a negative test result. If a non-compliance of the indicator with the established requirements is detected again, the controlled and subsequent batches of products are subjected to continuous control. If the result of continuous control is positive, they return to the established procedure for control acceptance tests.

6.6 Periodic tests on the performance indicators specified in 5.3.1 are carried out when changes are made to the design of products or their manufacturing technology, but at least once every five years, as well as during certification of products (in terms of indicators provided for by certification methods).

When placing window units into production, they are qualified for compliance with the requirements of this standard, as well as standards or technical specifications for specific types of products. In justified cases, it is allowed to combine qualification and certification tests.

Tests are carried out in independent testing centers accredited to conduct them.

6.7 The consumer has the right to carry out quality control checks of products, while observing the given procedure for sampling and test methods established in this standard, as well as in the RD for specific types of products.

6.8 When accepting products by the consumer, a batch is considered to be the number of products shipped under a specific contract (order), but not more than 500 pieces, documented in one quality document.

6.9 Each batch of products must be accompanied by a quality document (passport), which indicates:

name and address of the manufacturer or its trademark;

APPENDIX B
(required)

The procedure for determining air and water permeability classes

The air permeability class of a window block is determined by the volumetric air permeability indicator Q, m 3 / (h × m 2). On a logarithmic scale of coordinates, normative straight lines are plotted to plot the dependence of air permeability Q from pressure drop D R, Pa, defining the boundaries of air permeability classes. The tangent of the angle of inclination of the straight lines, corresponding to the filtration mode, is taken equal to 2/3, the base points for constructing the straight lines correspond to the air permeability values Q, equal to 3, 9, 17, 27 and 50 m 3 / (h × m 2) at a pressure drop of 100 Pa. Based on the test results of window blocks, which are carried out in accordance with GOST 26602.2, an actual measurement line is constructed and the air permeability class is determined based on its location. An example of determining the air permeability class is shown in Figure B.1.

In cases where the line of actual dimensions, located in the field of a class (for example, class B), in a local area enters the field of a lower class (for example, class D), the test sample is assigned a lower class of air permeability.

Class A window units must be tested to a control pressure drop D R= 600 Pa, class B - 500 Pa, class B - 400 Pa, class G - 300 Pa, class D - 150 Pa.

6 Acceptance rules

6.1. Window units must be accepted by the technical control of the manufacturer for compliance with the requirements of this standard, standards for specific types of products, as well as the requirements specified in the contract for the manufacture (supply) of products.

Products are accepted in batches. When accepting products at the manufacturing plant, the number of products manufactured within one shift is taken as a batch. The volume of the batch can be established in the working documentation of the manufacturer, for example, the number of products manufactured per order, the number of products of the same brand, etc.

6.2 The product quality established in this standard is confirmed by:

incoming inspection of materials and components;

operational production control;

acceptance control of finished products;

control acceptance tests of a batch of products carried out by the quality service of the manufacturer;

periodic testing of products in independent testing centers;

qualification and certification tests.

6.3 The procedure for conducting incoming and operational production control at workplaces is established in the technological documentation.

If the manufacturer completes window units with double-glazed windows, window devices and other products of its own manufacture, they must be accepted and tested in accordance with the requirements of regulatory documentation for these products.

6.4 Acceptance quality control of finished products is carried out piece by piece, using the method of continuous control, while checking:

appearance (no defects visible to the naked eye);

operation of window devices;

sagging of opening elements and size deviation

distances between flaps of valves;

the presence of drainage and other openings;

presence and correct installation of sealing gaskets;

other requirements established in the standards for specific types of products.

Products that have passed acceptance control are marked. Products that do not pass acceptance control for at least one indicator are rejected.

6.6 Periodic testing according to the performance indicators specified in , are carried out when making changes to the design of products or their manufacturing technology, but at least once every five years, as well as when certifying products (in terms of indicators provided for by certification methods).

6.9 Each batch of products must be accompanied by a quality document (passport), which indicates:

name and address of the manufacturer or its trademark;

product designation;

product certification data;

batch (order) number;

number of products in the batch (pieces and m 2);

specification of components;

date of shipment.

The quality document must have a sign (stamp) confirming the acceptance of the batch of products by the technical control of the manufacturer. It is recommended that the quality document indicate the main technical characteristics of the products and warranty obligations.

    Products are accepted in batches. When accepting products at a manufacturing plant, the number of products manufactured within one shift is taken as a batch. The volume of the batch can be established in the working documentation of the manufacturer, for example, the number of products manufactured per order, the number of products of the same brand, etc.
    6.2 The product quality established in this standard is confirmed by:
    • incoming inspection of materials and components;
    • operational production control;
    • acceptance control of finished products;
    • control acceptance tests of a batch of products carried out by the quality service of the manufacturer;
    • periodic testing of products in independent testing centers;
    • qualification and certification tests.
    • appearance (no defects visible to the naked eye);
    • operation of window devices;
    • sagging of opening elements and deviation in the size of the distance between the flaps of the valves;
    • the presence of drainage and other openings;
    • presence and correct installation of sealing gaskets;
    • other requirements established in the standards for specific types of products.
    Products that have passed acceptance control are marked. Products that do not pass acceptance control for at least one indicator are rejected.
When accepting products by the consumer, it is recommended to use the one-stage product quality control plan established in Table 6.
    6.9 Each batch of products must be accompanied by a quality document (passport), which indicates:
    • name and address of the manufacturer or its trademark;
    • product designation;
    • product certification data;
    • batch (order) number;
    • number of products in a batch (pieces and m2);
    • specification of components;
    • date of shipment.
    The quality document must have a sign (stamp) confirming the acceptance of the batch of products by the technical control of the manufacturer. It is recommended that the quality document indicate the main technical characteristics of the products and warranty obligations. Table 6

    Note- Significant and critical defects include defects leading to loss of performance characteristics that cannot be eliminated without replacing parts of the product (breakage of a profile or window fixtures, cracked glass unit, etc.), exceeding the maximum dimensional deviations by more than 1.5 times from those established in the RD, lack of completeness of products.
    Minor defects include removable defects: minor surface damage, unadjusted window devices and hinges, exceeding the maximum dimensional deviations of less than 1.5 from those established in the RD.
    When selling products through retail outlets, a passport accompanies each product. An example of filling out a passport for a window unit is given in Appendix B.
    During export-import operations, the content of the accompanying quality document is specified in the contract for the supply of products.
    6.10 By agreement of the parties, acceptance of products by the consumer can be carried out at the manufacturer, at the consumer’s warehouse or in another place specified in the supply agreement.
    6.11 Acceptance of products by the consumer does not relieve the manufacturer from liability if hidden defects are discovered that lead to a violation of the performance characteristics of the products during the warranty period.

    7 Control methods

    7.1 Test methods for incoming quality control of materials and components are established in the technical documentation, based on the requirements of regulatory documentation for these materials and parts.
    7.2 Test methods when conducting production operational control are established in the technological documentation (quality control regulations).
    7.3 Methods for quality control of products during acceptance control and control acceptance tests are established in the standards for specific types of products.
    7.4 Methods of control during periodic testing.
    7.4.1 Methods for determining the strength of corner joints are established in the RD for specific types of products, taking into account the load application patterns shown in Figure 8.
    7.4.2 The reduced heat transfer resistance is determined according to GOST 26602.1.
    7.4.3 Air permeability is determined according to GOST 26602.2 7.4.4. The water resistance limit is determined according to GOST 26602.2
    7.4.5 Sound insulation characteristics are determined according to GOST 26602.3.
    7.4.6 The total light transmittance is determined according to GOST 26602.4.
    7.4.7 Resistance to static loads is determined according to GOST 24033.
    7.4.8 The adhesion strength of paint and varnish coatings to the surface being finished (adhesion) is determined by the method of lattice cuts in accordance with GOST 15140 with additions established in the standards for specific types of products.
    7.4.9 Indicators of durability, resistance to climatic influences, resistance to wind loads, reliability of window devices, standardized loads applied to window devices, the thickness of paint and varnish coatings are determined according to the RD approved in the prescribed manner.
