Facing slabs type fasst. Fascia ventilated facade system. What does the use of Fasst façade systems provide?

Short description suspended ventilated facade systems "FAST-CH"
The design of the system is metal carcass, installed on the existing wall of the building and used for fastening cladding elements. The system is used with an air gap between the cladding and a non-flammable thermal insulation layer or without the use of thermal insulation - only for wall cladding.

Principal sequence installation work:
- installation of brackets
- laying insulation
- installation of a horizontal profile
- installation of a vertical profile
- installation and assembly facade slabs

Installation of brackets
Brackets are the most loaded part of the facade system. Their number is determined by the project depending on architectural features building.
The brackets are made of steel of strength group K350V GOST 16523-97, 2 mm thick, differ in the length of the working part and have ten main standard sizes (95mm, 120mm, 145mm, 170mm, 195mm, 220mm, 245mm, 270mm, 295mm, 320mm). The length of the bracket depends on the thickness of the additional insulating layer. In addition, it is possible to use brackets of various lengths to correct uneven walls. To eliminate the cold bridge, it is necessary to install paronite gaskets PON-B GOST 481-80 under the bracket and anchor
The brackets are installed on the walls using anchor fasteners.

Laying insulation
The type and thickness of thermal insulation is determined by thermal engineering calculations and is indicated in the project. If several layers of thermal insulation are used, then to avoid heat loss, the seams in the layers of thermal insulation should be tied together. Insulation slabs (typical slab size 600x1000mm) are fixed with special polymer dowels (SPD). The consumption of dowels is on average 10 pcs. on 1m2 of facade surface.

Installation of a horizontal frame
The horizontal frame consists of load-bearing horizontal profiles, attached to the brackets with self-tapping screws measuring 4.2x19mm in accordance with detailed diagrams. The dimensions and pitch of the horizontal frame guides are indicated in the project. To compensate for the temperature movement of the horizontal frame guides, it is necessary to leave a temperature gap of 3-5mm in the structures, every 5 meters in the horizontal direction.

Installation of a vertical frame
The vertical frame consists of load-bearing profiles attached to the horizontal frame with steel self-tapping screws measuring 4.2x19mm in accordance with detailed diagrams. The vertical profile is used in vertical joints of facade slabs. The vertical half profile is used for fastening the middle part of façade slabs, as well as in external and internal corners and side slope of the window.
To compensate for the temperature movement of load-bearing vertical profiles, it is necessary to leave a temperature gap in the structures.
The temperature gap of the vertical load-bearing profiles should be located only in the places of horizontal joints of the slabs with a pitch of no more than 3500 mm.

Installation and installation of slabs
Contact of facing slabs with heat-insulating material, as this prevents free air circulation. The air gap should be between 20 and 60 mm.
A clamp made of GOST 5632-72 steel is installed on the vertical supporting profile. The clamp number determines the size of the seam. As a rule, installation of slabs begins along the second vertical row from the corner of the building (unless otherwise indicated in the projects). A slight distortion and slope of the building walls can be compensated by cutting the outermost slabs into the required shape. If a construction cradle is used when installing slabs, the work should be done from top to bottom so as not to damage the already installed slabs with the hanging cradle. If during installation you use scaffolding, the work is done from the bottom up.

Compared to conventional facade finishing, FASST ventilated facades have significant advantages, thanks to which modern construction they are being used more and more intensively. Firstly, they can be quickly installed at any time of the year and in any weather, secondly, they help create non-standard facade solutions, thirdly, ventilated facades protect walls from destructive effects environment, contribute to sound and heat insulation of interior spaces.

The purpose of FASST ventilated facades is to increase the thermal insulation of building walls. Facade systems are suitable for installation on wood, concrete and brick facades. The products meet the recommendations and requirements of SNiP II-3-79* "Construction Heat Engineering" (including change -3, approved by the Decree of the State Construction Committee of Russia dated 11.05.95. 18-81 and change -4, approved by the Decree of the State Construction Committee of Russia dated 19.01. 98. 18-8). FASST ventilated facades are also used for decorative and aesthetic purposes. Ventilated facades are used both for the cladding of new and for the reconstruction of old buildings. Ventilated facades are mounted directly on external walls without preliminary repairs. You can order from our company.

Facade cladding Fasst with fiber cement and asbestos cement boards with decorative coating

FASST ventilated facades are used for cladding and improvement thermal insulation characteristics external enclosing structures, high-rise buildings and public buildings. They are installed on concrete, stone and brick walls both during the construction of new buildings and major renovation old

The facing slabs of the façade system belong to the flammability class NG. Presentable appearance and the texture is achieved using a coating of natural stone chips or polyurethane paint different colors according to the RAL catalog.

Facade finishing Fasst-K with porcelain tiles with visible fastening

Ventilated facades Fasst-K They are durable, reliable and retain color perfectly. They are used for cladding residential and administrative buildings, office centers. The proposed structures can be installed both at the construction stage and during reconstruction or major repairs.

Finishing with fast-com cassettes made of composite materials

The production of Fasst systems is carried out by the Fasst-Ural plant. Rocwool (Venti-Butts) is used as insulation, but other insulation materials (rigid and semi-rigid) can also be used. The thickness of the insulated layer is determined using a table grid depending on the brand of insulation, the thickness and material of the external walls, as well as climate zone in which the building is located.

Sub-cladding construction. The "Fast" system is a metal or wood frame secured with anchors to outside buildings, with embedded insulation (or without it) and “Fast” hanging slabs with guides (horizontal and vertical), reinforced with acid-resistant screws. Between the slab and the outside of the building (without insulation) or the outside of insulation (if it is used), a ventilation gap of 22 mm is made for free air circulation.

The Fasst facing board (Table 5) consists of a base - a highly pressed asbestos-cement sheet or fiber cement board; made of epoxy compound; from natural stone chips - jasper, serpentine, marble, granite, ophiocalcite, quartz, Italian minerals "Rosso-Verona", "Botticino", "Gialo-Mori", "Gialo-Siena", stone chips from South Africa (blue).

System of suspended ventilated fiber cement facades- this is a multi-layer structure, the supporting basis of which is a frame made of galvanized steel profiles attached to external wall building. For the facing layer, asbestos-cement (or fiber-cement) facade fiber-cement panels with a smooth colored surface or with a decorative coating of natural stone chips are used.

The facade system FASST, produced by the Uralstroyfasad company, is one of the most reliable facade systems - the original simplicity of the design is combined with maximum strength characteristics and ease of installation. The strength and stability of the façade system, as a result of calculations and tests, was confirmed by the leading construction research institute of the Ural region - OJSC "Ural NIIAS" and recommended for use in all regions of the Russian Federation. (CONCLUSION NP-12-3825/6-TO)

The slabs can be used in all climatic regions provided for by SNiP 23-01-99. Operation of the stoves is allowed in the range of ambient temperatures from -40 to +50 C. The stoves belong to the group of non-flammable building materials according to GOST 30244-94.

Hinged ventilated facades "FASST" made of plain-painted fiber cement colored boards are a unique facing material with which the building acquires an aesthetically new and reliably functioning facade, which practically does not require subsequent maintenance, is widely used in the construction of multi-storey residential buildings, schools, kindergartens, renovation of administrative and industrial buildings and structures, and is durable facing material. Modern technology allows you to effectively restore old facades and use this material for new construction all year round, in any weather conditions.

Advantages of fiber cement facade panels "FASST"
  • Protection of the building from adverse weather conditions (rain, snow, wind)
  • Possibility of construction all year round - dry technology allows installation in any weather
  • Quick and easy installation
  • Lack of preparatory work
  • Durability of facing material
  • Simplicity and convenience of repair
  • Non-combustible materials
  • Heat saving - the technology of insulated ventilated facades allows for effective insulation buildings from the outside using a layer of insulation up to 200 mm
  • Wide range of design possibilities
  • Noise protection of the building
  • The presence of a ventilated gap prevents condensation from accumulating inside, thereby increasing the service life of the enclosing structures and insulation
  • Alignment of broken building geometry

Facade systems and structures are currently widely used both for finishing the surfaces of buildings that are under construction, and in cases where old houses are being repaired and reconstructed. One of the reasons for the active use of hinged ventilated facades is convenience during installation and further maintenance.

In addition, serious advantages include the fact that ventilated structures are very undemanding preliminary preparation external walls.

Complex façade

Description

The important thing is that they have a relatively low price and their maintenance is also inexpensive and within reach.

All defects that the wall has are hidden by the facades. In addition, they represent a more efficient and cheap way finishing, compared in particular with painting or a “wet” facade. And ventilated is an excellent opportunity for reconstructing walls.

The wall is always in a dry and warm state because hanging systems designed in such a way that they serve as protection against temperature fluctuations. Water vapor seeping from inside is removed into the atmosphere using an air gap. At the same time, without accumulating in the heat-insulating layer.

IN summer time The ventilated façade serves as a sun screen.

Attention: The air gap is an exhaust duct in which an upward flow operates, carrying away excess heat from the building. Therefore, the insulation must be installed efficiently, without the possibility of coming off and clogging the air gap.

Why are they good compared to others? What are the benefits of installing such systems?

Advantages of curtain facades

Beautiful curtained facade of the building
  1. Thermal insulation. A special profile system for installation of ventilated structures and heat insulator. They provide the opportunity for natural ventilation.
  2. Thermal insulation. Insulation, for example rockwool, is protected from precipitation, and most importantly from condensation of internal moisture.
This condensate significantly reduces exactly those positive traits insulation responsible for heat conservation.
The profiled surface of the ventilation façade, together with the insulation, significantly reduces energy consumption for heating.
It also makes it possible to reduce the thickness external walls, thereby significantly reducing the load on the foundation.
  3. Weather protection. The main load-bearing profile of the ventilated curtain façade is designed in a special way.
When moisture gets on the surface, it is quickly removed into the drainage. It does not get on the surface of the insulation, much less the walls of the building.
  4. Removing water vapor. During the operation of a building, water vapor is formed in its walls. Their removal occurs using the method of natural ventilation, which is provided in.
This significantly improves those wall properties that are responsible for thermal insulation. Thereby ensuring a comfortable temperature regime inside the building.
  5. Thermal deformation. Profile design, which hinged ventilated facades have, has a specially designed installation scheme.
Therefore, those thermal deformations that occur during daily or seasonal temperature changes are absorbed by this profile system.
As a result of this, cladding materials and bearing structures avoid internal tension.
  6. Fire safety. All materials that make up the curtained ventilated façade belong to the category called fire-resistant.
Or, even better, fireproof and preventing the spread of fire.
  7. Soundproofing. The suspended ventilated façade and the heat insulator are used together and there is an air gap between them.
It has excellent sound insulation because the finish, like thermal insulation, has sound-absorbing properties over a wide range of frequencies.

Types of facade systems

"Union"

Structure of the Soyuz system

Facade structures The Union has mastered the market of hinged surfaces since 2005.

How are they different?

  1. The price/quality ratio is optimal. Simple and original Constructive decisions are presented as very economical. When compared with those using galvanized and corrosion-resistant steels that have polymer coating.
  2. Convenient, simple and quick to install. This is possible due to the logic and clarity of the systems; the presence of reinforced structural elements makes it possible to make the fastening step larger. This leads to reduced labor costs, saving time and fasteners.
  3. Allows for cladding facades of any complexity. The systems have several types of substructures.
  4. High reliability. Expert opinions allow the use of structures for high-rise buildings and under the influence of severe wind loads.
  5. Use in seismic active areas. The dynamic tests carried out recommend using the Soyuz at seismic activity of up to nine points.
  6. Soyuz profiles have everything you need technical documentation, including a certificate for the facade system.

"Fast"

Structure of the Fast system

Facades Fasst - the purpose of which is to increase the thermal protection of external walls that enclose residential and public buildings. The walls can be made of timber or brick, concrete, etc.

They can be used both during the construction of buildings and during the reconstruction of existing ones. The undoubted advantages of these systems include the possibility of installation directly on external walls. And there is no need to repair external walls when reconstructing a building.

Characteristics of "Fast":

  1. Protection of walls from negative external influences.
  2. Improving aesthetic qualities.
  3. The use of materials with and without polymer coating.
  4. Durability. The service life where stainless steel is used is unlimited. If the steel is galvanized - 50 years or more.
  5. Fasst is a horizontal-vertical type, characterized by the fact that it has the greatest reliability and strength.

"Metal profile"

Metal profile facade - energy saving

Metal profile – being modern designs, having high aesthetic and thermal characteristics. They can be mounted on any type of building, be it housing, industrial or administrative purposes, warehouses.

Moreover, this can be done as follows: construction stage, and during reconstruction.

Characteristics:

  1. When installed, it is located in vertical, horizontal or cross directions.
  2. Can be used for cladding metal siding, linear panels, corrugated sheets, cassettes and porcelain tiles. Using “Metal Profile” you can design any structure and implement almost any architectural idea.
  3. With the help of insulation and air gap The thermos effect is realized, thereby reducing heating costs. In combination with it, facade heating control is used very effectively.
  4. Installation can be carried out regardless of the time of year.
  5. Environmental safety is observed, therefore strict control is carried out over the availability of the necessary certificates of compliance with all building codes.

Mounted "Marmoroc"

Facade finished with marmorok tiles

Marmorok is a design that is made up of load-bearing frame and a heat insulating screen. Mounted on frame protective screen, which is assembled in small-format tiles consisting of a mixture of concrete and marble chips.

The presence of a brick structure, two options for surface texture and a wide color palette, provide an excellent opportunity to carry out the most complex architectural projects.

Facade tiles are easy to cut, this helps in adjusting the dimensions for installing windows and doors. The production of corner tiles has been launched. Can be applied decorative elements from different materials, as well as in combination with another cladding system.

"OLMA" mounted

Facade finished with Olma system

Olma - the difference of which is the ability to install brackets not strictly vertically. This is especially true if the brackets are mounted in concrete, since the reinforcement does not allow them to be installed accurately. And the installation process steel structures"OLMA" looks simple and fast compared to the installation of aluminum ones.

All known facing materials can be used in OLMA: stone, porcelain stoneware, fiber cement boards, composite, façade board and others. Using OLMA you can level a wall whose curvature is up to 16 cm.

The distance between the cladding material and the wall can be 42.5 cm. The OLMA systems use telescopic brackets that have a special angle compensator that levels the cladding installation sites (up to 20 degrees), bringing it to a flat plane.

Mounted "Polyalpan"

House, tiled facade panels Polyalpan

Polyalpan - the fundamental difference from others lies in the structure of the facing panels.

They have a heat-insulating layer, so the temperature of the air gap is slightly higher than a degree in the atmosphere. This makes it possible to reduce the insulation layer.

Cladding panels have three layers. The outer layer is a sheet of metal, the front surface of which is decorated with various materials. The sheet is varnished on both sides under thermal influence. The standard range of varnish coating includes 20 colors.

The thermal insulation layer can have a thickness of 2.5 and 4 cm. This is polyurethane, enough high density, which is firmly bonded to layers of metal. The inner layer is alloyed aluminium foil, the thickness of which is 0.05 mm.

"U-kon"

Façade finishing using the u kon system

U-kon is essentially a prefabricated construction kit, with preparatory operations being kept to a minimum. Those operations that are necessary for the assembly and installation of facades.

All elements are presented in a factory-made version, as a result of which installation is carried out quickly, the impact subjective factor is reduced to a minimum.

Yukon is distinguished by various modifications that allow the use different types cladding. These could be cassettes with composite panels or aluminum sheets, porcelain tiles or ceramics. It is also possible to use flat sheet materials.

For each type of cladding, we have developed various methods, which makes it possible to select the optimal technical solutions based on design requirements.

Mounted "LAES"

Insulation with Laes façade system

Laes is intended to insulate and decorative finishing. Widely used for low-rise housing construction.

LNPP insulation systems are a multi-layer structure, which consists of:

  1. Insulation, glued and attached mechanically, using dowels, to the wall.
  2. The base layer, which is a universal adhesive composition reinforced with fiberglass mesh.
  3. The finishing layer is high-quality acrylic plaster.

Other advantages include plasticity and the ability to create an exclusive look for the façade. Also simple and easy to care for: you can wash it with any synthetic products.

Tip: Expanded polystyrene or polyurethane boards should be used as insulation. Due to the higher density and flat surface the plaster will adhere much better.

Sun protection surfaces

Metal sunshade

Solar protection structures are used in cases where buildings have a large glazing area or it is poorly located relative to the cardinal directions.

As a result, energy costs for air conditioning systems increase.

Their tasks are:

  1. Reducing the amount of solar energy entering through glass.
  2. The consequence of this reduction is the possibility of normalizing the microclimate in the building.
  3. Creating a visual barrier between the street and the premises inside.
  4. Creating an aesthetic effect created by façade sun protection systems.

Mounted structures from various manufacturers

Many manufacturers of façade systems are involved in the creation of suspended ventilated surfaces.

Let's sum it up

The architecture of facades and their systems currently exist in many variants, but they differ from each other in a few ways: the shape of the brackets, clasps and guides, and the type of facing material.

Each system is accompanied by instructions for its installation, for high-quality do-it-yourself assembly. Well, of course, you can always familiarize yourself with numerous photo and video materials.
