The day before installation, from 18:00 to 21:00, the foreman of the installation team will contact you and inform you exact time start of work (both the first and second half of the day are possible).
If for some reason you cannot meet the installation team, please notify us before 13:00 on the day of delivery, or the call-center operator at the time of notification of delivery.

When dismantling old windows (especially the window sill), the wallpaper around the perimeter of the window may be damaged. If you want to preserve the wallpaper as much as possible, make small cuts (10–15 cm) on it with a thin blade on the sides and under the window sill and, after soaking it, bend it back. Once the work is completed, you can glue them on yourself.
Installation and sealing of window sills, installation of slopes
Each slope panel is cut out and adjusted individually.
All slopes must be insulated. Insulation helps prevent freezing of slopes and, as a consequence, the formation of fogging and fungus.
When installing plastic window sill you have the opportunity to slightly adjust the width during installation, but this must be specified in the contract, plus your presence will be required
