                  • regular tape;
                  • aluminum wire;
                  • remnants of the linoleum backing (isolon);
                  • transparent 5-liter plastic bottle;
                  • polyethylene 6-7 meters (it is better to use 150 microns, this film is used for greenhouses).

Let's get started:

Step 1. We decide on the size of the swan and make its frame from wire and a plastic bottle.

Step 2. We cut the isolon into long, narrow strips. We wrap the entire frame of the bird well with these strips and fasten it with tape for strength.

Step 3. We cut the polyethylene into long strips. Then we give the stripes a fringe effect. To do this, make uniform small cuts on one side of the strips.

Step 4. Starting from the swan's tail, carefully wrap polyethylene strips onto the prepared frame with the fringe facing outward. As you wrap, carefully burn the film to adhere to the main part. It is convenient to cauterize with a regular screwdriver heated on gas stove. Do not overdo it, otherwise you may burn the swan right through.

Step 5. In the same sequence, we make the swan’s wings separately and attach them to the frame.

Step 6. Backlight. There are several options you can use here. You can take a regular flashlight round shape and place it in a bottle (after cutting a hole in it). Either decorate the swan on top with neon flexible tubes or LED strip on a self-adhesive basis.
